The mostly self-contained OC of Atsuover who battles Boyfriend for unknown reasons. She carries around a bottle of what's called T H E L I Q U I D, a mysterious, cyan-colored carbonated drink with extreme properties which can cause her to temporarily enter a more feral, bear-like state where her skin becomes cyan and she becomes bigger in size.
In an alternate timeline, Annie diligently and desperately tries to find a way to break the curse put on her good friend, Garcello, by Daddy Dearest. When she discovers Garcello's dead body in an alleyway, she became angry about it and DD, so she decides to confront him herself, leading to the events of the Hazy River bonus week song "Drowning".
Annie's songs are "Good Enough", "Lover", "Tug-of-War", "Take a Swig of This!"note , and "Animal".
In Hazy River, she becomes playable in the songs "Dilemma" and "Drowning".
- Animal Motifs: She resembles a bear in her Liquid form.
- Amazing Technicolor Population: In her Liquid form, her skin is cyan.
- Bears Are Bad News: Her second form is bear-like in appearance...and dangerous. In her week during Hazy River, she only transforms after being defeated thrice, while the bonus week song "Drowning" has her transform halfway through.
- Eyes Out of Sight: Her bangs cover her eyes. Her proper appearance, however, has bangs that cover one eye, which was used in her older design.
- Rage Breaking Point: In "Drowning", Daddy Dearest sings a portion of "Release"... which infuriates Annie enough for her eyes to flash red and down the entirety of her bottle, transforming her into her Liquid form.
- Red Eyes, Take Warning: Underneath the bangs of her second form is a glowing red pupil, which is only seen in "Drowning".
- Red/Green Contrast: The red to Garcello's green.
- Savvy Guy, Energetic Girl: Downplayed somewhat, but she's the Energetic Girl to Garcello's Savvy Guy. In the menu background for Hazy River, she's shown shouting excitedly into a microphone while Garcello looks on in concern (and wearing protective headphones), and she bounces cheerfully in her idle animation for "Dilemma".
Legacy Annie
WARNING: It's quite difficult to talk about Legacy Annie without giving away her second form's appearance. As such, all spoilers will be unmarked in this section. You Have Been Warned!

An alternate version of Annie who looks to be just like Annie's old appearance, just off-color...at first glance. Like with the original Annie, Legacy Annie carries a bottle of T H E L I Q U I D, but while her encounter with Boyfriend seems to just be a repeat of the actual Annie's encounter, halfway through things take a turn for the creepy.
Legacy Annie is exclusive to Hazy River, and only shows up in the bonus week song "Tone It Down".
- Animal Motifs: Her Liquid form resembles a deer.
- Attack of the 50-Foot Whatever: Her second form is much larger than her first one.
- Game-Over Man: If you lose on her level, she will appear in her demon form smiling at the player.
- Lean and Mean: Her second form.
- Viler New Villain: In the Annie week of Hazy River, Annie only transforms after being defeated a third time, and might not have any intent on killing Boyfriend. Legacy Annie, however, drinks her bottle of T H E L I Q U I D halfway through her song and it is implied that she has more murderous intentions, as seen with her appearance on the Game Over screen if you lose in her level.
