• Dummied Out:
  • There is an unused song called "Mediocre" which was eventually turned into "Nerves". for Smoke 'Em Out Struggle.
  • "Take a Swig of This!" went unused in the legacy version, but was added to Hazy River.
  • Annie's old sprites from the original standalone mod are in the files of Hazy River, but are unused, as both her and Legacy Annie use new sprites.
• Queer Character, Queer Actor: Annie is a transgender woman, just like her creator.
• What Could Have Been: The form Legacy Annie takes on halfway through "Tone It Down" was actually meant to be Annie's drunk form, but she ended up having a less scary, more bear-like form instead due to Atsuover wanting to tone down the design.
• Write Who You Know: While Atsuover based Annie on herself, she's gone on record to state that Annie isn't a self-insert, which is referenced in one of the Couch Gags for Hazy River ("she is not my persona").
