    Floriana Campo

Floriana Campo

"I run my business, and I'm being wined and dined by the city's elite."

The leader of the Eberhardt Cartel who masquerades as a human rights activist.

  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: A particularly bitchy example indeed, since she is a human rights activist by day and a slave trader by night.
  • Broken Pedestal: For Liz, who wrote her thesis on her.
  • Engineered Public Confession: Red tricks Floriana into drinking poison and will only give her the antidote if she confesses to the stunned Liz how she's really the leader of the Eberhardt Cartel. She does only to die later and Red basically admit to Liz that there was no antidote.
  • Karmic Death: Is poisoned by a cocktail made from the same barbiturates she uses to drug various children
  • Manipulative Bitch: By using her charity as a front, she's able to wipe out her criminal competition by directing law enforcement where to go.
  • Mole in Charge: Her charity leads the fight against the Eberhardt Cartel, which is the perfect cover for the leader of the Eberhardt Cartel.
  • Pay Evil unto Evil: Reddington kills her.
  • Saying Too Much: At first, Liz doesn't believe Red's talk on Floriana being a child trafficker until the woman calls him by name and Liz realizes only someone truly criminal would know Raymond by sight. Raymond lampshades that with "ooooh, that was a mistake."
  • Smug Snake: She's very sure of herself and thinks she's smarter than Reddington. She isn't.
"You can learn a thing or two from me, Raymond. I'm going to kiss that sweet, young FBI agent on the cheek and say, "good night," and then go down to docks and pick up my next shipment of girls."
  • The Sociopath: Campo only cares about herself, and even murdered her own husband in cold blood.
  • Til Murder Do Us Part: She murdered her own husband because he was trying to crack down on the Eberhardt Cartel, not knowing he'd married its boss. This is one the things that Red finds particularly disgusting about her.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: Up until Red kills her
  • Would Hurt a Child: She's in the business of child sex trafficking.

    Yaabari

Yaabari

Played By: Sahr Ngaujah

A Cameroonian warlord whom Reddington extorted for information about Berlin.

  • Character Death: He's shot and killed by Liz.
  • Good Scars, Evil Scars: His ear is rather badly burned.
  • Revenge Before Reason: Yaabari would have lived longer and died richer if he hadn't brought Red at the King family auction to indulge in some ill-advised vengeance.
  • Smug Snake: Yaabari considers himself to be smarter and more threatening than he is. He scares children, but not people like Red.
  • Would Hurt a Child: He almost exclusively uses child soldiers.

    Henry Prescott

Henry Prescott/Mitchell Hatley

Played By: James Carpinello

Under the alias of “Henry Prescott“, Mitchell Hatley is a cleaner who solves problems for clients. What starts as a short exchange with Reddington ends with him blackmailing Ressler.

  • And Then What?: Since he has blackmail material over Ressler, he likes to pull this every time he faces defiance.
  • Bitch Slap: Gives one to Ressler after the Informant is arrested.
  • "Blackmail" Is Such an Ugly Word: He calls the tasks he demands of his victims “favours”.
  • Break the Haughty: There are elements of this when he is finally arrested.
  • Crazy-Prepared: Considering his job, he almost always have to have tools ready.
  • Evil Gloating: Most of his conversations with Ressler consist of this.
  • Is That a Threat?: Pretty much his reaction anytime Ressler tries to defy him.
  • Kill It with Fire: Ultimately how Reddington deals with him.
  • Look Both Ways: While trying to escape an arrest, he runs out to the street and Dembe drives close enough for Reddington to hit him with the car door.
  • Manipulative Bastard: He helps the Informant escape by getting a judge to lie, about a car crash he orchestrated, with the victim set up to have been investigating Ressler. Talk about multi-layered plans.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Because “Frank Sturgeon” knew so much about the investigation into Laurel Hitchin’s death, Prescott realized Sturgeon was actually a cop.
  • Screw Your Ultimatum!: On the receiving end when Ressler decides to turn against the Informant.
  • Surrounded by Idiots: How he reacts when he realized his client called him because Reddington wanted to meet.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: When we finally see him in his true identity, he’s coaching some kids with several other parents, who are protective of him when the FBI suddenly show up.

    Neville Townsend

Neville Townsend

A known criminal who operated in the black market. His standing in the underworld was wrecked thanks to the activities of N-13 and launched the Townsend Directive to go after Katarina Rostova before he was told by Liz to go after Reddington instead.

  • Big Bad: Of season 8.
  • Cop Killer: He'll gladly kill law enforcement officers if they stand in the way of him going after Reddington.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Neville's immediate family was killed and he thinks Reddington may be responsible for the events that led to it.
  • Posthumous Villain Victory: Though he doesn't live to see it, his goal of making Reddington watch Liz die is ultimately successful when Vandyke shoots Liz from the back.

    Sikorsky

Sikorsky

Reddington's contact in Moscow.

  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: He doesn't like that Reddington getting too cozy with the FBI because it compromises SVR ops in the US.
  • The Plan: Was involved with Ilya and the actual Katarina in using the Sikorsky Archive to buildup the Blacklist files during the Cold War.
