Engines
Bill and Ben
Bill and Ben
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Break the Cutie: Bill and Ben used to be cheerful little engines without a care in the world. Then they get into a massive argument which leads to Bill getting into a massive crash that puts him out of action for months. It gets worse in the second season when Bill is sentenced to scrap thanks to the NWR running out of money and is then abudcted by Paul Maxwell.
- Easily Forgiven: Not at all as Bill states that while he loves his brother he can’t firgive him for causing him to crash.
- Took a Level in Cynic: Both twins experience this but Bill in particular gets this hard as shown when he’s talking to Flora in “Vicarstown Gambit”.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: The ending of the first season hinted that Bill and Ben would be able to see each other again soon. Then season two reveals that Ben’s repairs have been halted due to the railway running out of money and Ben is destined to be scrapped and that’s before Paul Maxwell enters the picture.
[[folder: Diesel 10]]
Diesel 10
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Affably Evil: He’s generally polite to Arry, Bert and Diesel until the latter decided to stop his plans.
- Big Bad: Is this for the first season. Until the second season introduces P.T Boomer.
- Faux Affably Evil: Barring his fellow diesels, Diesel Ten’s polite demeanor is nothing more than a facade to hide his sinister nature.
- Karma Houdini: In spite of his exile, Ten continues to plot revenge and with Perry’s help, he’s still causing trouble for the NWR and as of this writing, he has yet to be punished.
- We Used to Be Friends: Used to be good friends with Diesel. Then the 08 shunter stops his plans and Diesel 10 now wants his former friend dead as stated in “Last Chance.”
[[folder: Arry and Bert]]
Arry and Bert

- The Dragon: Both serve as this to Diesel 10 during the first season.
- Faux Affably Evil: Both can be polite at times while still having their malicious intents but for the most part, they don’t even bother hiding their hatred for steam engines.
- Laser-Guided Karma: At the end of the first season, both shunters are forced to work at the waste dump to their chargin.
[[folder: Splatter and Dodge]]
Splatter and Dodge
- Voiced by: Donald 9 Douglas 10 Oliver 11 (Dodge) Mr.Oily 516 (Spatter)
- The Dragon: Take over Arry and Bert’s role in season two.
- Vile Villain, Laughable Lackey: Unlike Arry and Bert, Splatter and Dodge aren’t as serious as them and is nowhere near the villainy as Diesel 10.
Diesel
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Actually Pretty Funny: Admits to Duck in “Last Chance” that his accident with the trucks in his first visit was funny looking back.
- Even Evil Has Standards: Even back in his devious days, Diesel is shocked when Arry suggests that for being nice to steam engines, Salty should be gotten rid of.
- Is utterly horrified when he hears of his friends plan in “The Branch Line Incident.”
- Faux Affably Evil: Before changing his ways, Diesel was a conniving bully who always spoke nicely to get what he wants.
- Heel–Face Turn: Has one before the first season begins.
Thomas
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99 (Season 1) Mr.Oily 516 (Last Chance)
- Demoted to Extra: The famous tank engine is the protagonist in canon and most fan works. Not here as he’s only given small roles throughout the first and second season. Until “Last Chance.”
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Thomas’ refusal to forgive Diesel leads to the E2 to ally with Perry who causes Duck to crash and Diesel being sent away seemingly for good.
- Oh, Crap!: Has a massive one when he realizes that Perry, the man he’s talking to is the real mastermind behind the Branch line incident and he’s just struck again.
Edward
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Demoted to Extra: One of the main characters in canon but here he only has small roles.
- Nice Guy: Very kind to the other engines.
- Tranquil Fury: He doesn’t shout at Ben for causing his brother’s accident but his tone makes it clear he’s pissed at the yellow engine.
Humans
Sir Topham Hatt/The Fat Controller
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Big Good: As always he’s this.
- Sadistic Choice: Forced to make one in “Last Chance” as due to already being short on funds from repairing the Flying Scotsman, he’s caught between not repairing Duck who suffered a massive crash thanks to Perry or dooming Diesel to scrap. Paul Maxwell does decide to buy the 08 shunter though given that the NWR’s money issues will still linger, it’s likely that Diesel won’t be coming back.
Paul Maxwell
- Voiced by: Cyber Rusty 99
- Ambiguously Evil: It’s currently unknown where Paul stands morally since barring his abduction of Bill, he seems to be a normal man.
- Corrupt Corporate Executive: Seems to be averted. Well barring his abduction of Bill but even then its unknown why he did this.
Perry
- Voiced by: Enterprisingengine 93
- Big Bad: Revealed to be this for the entire series.
- Faux Affably Evil: Loves to be cheerful towards others but as Chester and Thomas realize, it’s all an act.
- Karma Houdini: Has yet to be punished for his crimes.
Chester
- Voiced by: GTSH Productions
- Heel–Face Turn: Turns out, he used to be a associate to P.T Boomer but now, all Chester wants is to live his life.
- Nice Guy: Is shown to be a decent guy who seems to have a close friendship with Bill.
- You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!: Has one when he’s fired from his job at the start of “A Message For Peter Sam.”
