     Teru Saotome

Teru Saotome

Voiced By: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Japanese), Scott Gorman (English)

A fromer dancer turned blader.

  • Career-Ending Injury: He used to be a professional ballet dancer until a stage light fell on his ankle, forcing him to retire early.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Effortlessly defeated Hikaru and almost had Gingka cornered. In Battle Bladers, Ryutaro defeated him easily.
  • Dance Battler: Befitting his former hobby, his fighting style is very dance-like.
  • Deflector Shields: The immense air flow generated by Virgo serves as a nigh-impenetrable barrier to would-be attackers.
  • Faceā€“Heel Turn: Averted. Unlike most of the new bladers in Battle Bladers, he remained a good guy on Gingka's side, as shown in Fusion's last opening words.
  • Flanderization: At his introduction, he was sensible, but low-key. In the movie, he's become Camp Straight for no reason.
  • Meaningful Name: His family name contains "otome", which means "lady". It either refers to his beyblade being a Virgo or himself being a ballerina. Or both.
  • Out of Focus
  • Real Men Wear Pink: He's a former ballerina.
  • Stone Wall: While Virgo is using its air shield, it can barely move or attack. It's also incredibly durable during this form, being able to No-Sell a Starblast Attack from Pegasus.
     Sora Akatsuki

Sora Akatsuki

A blader who becomes friends with Kenta.

     Busujima

Busujima

Voiced By: Takeshi Kusao (Japanese)

  • Combat Pragmatist: Infamous for using any means necessary to win. He even filled the arena with oil during his battle with Sora, fully knowing that his Bey is unaffected by it while Cyber Pegasus isn't. And when the arena inevitable catches fire, he tries to incinerate Sora's Bey once he sees the fight going south.
  • Dirty Coward
  • Expy: He and his gang are one of the Face Hunters from the beginning of the season. As his group (as a whole) like to bully weaker Beybladers (like the face hunters), bully Kenta (like the face hunters) and his name starts with the letter B (the face hunters had a member, whose name began with the letter B).
     Jigsaw

Jigsaw

A blader who appears in the Destroyer Dome battle royale. The main cast think that he is a legendary blader at first until he is easily eliminated by King.

  • Break the Haughty: He spent the entire Destroyer Dome arc smugly gloating about his strength and his opponents' inferiority, and anyone that tried to put him in his place was promptly demolished by Eonis. Unfortunately for him, when King revealed his I Am Not Left-Handed moment, Jigsaw suffers an extreme and humiliating Curb-Stomp Battle at the hands of Variares.
  • Invisibility / Intangible Man: His Bey Eonis's air control ability allows it to create a field of air around it that refracts light, rendering him invisible. The same field of air can be used to cause attackers to slide around it a la Pisces. Unfortunately for him, the air cushion can be easily ripped to shreds by sonic attacks.
  • Manipulative Bastard: Takes advantage of Eonis' invisibility to make his opponents attack each other by stealthily bumping them, stirring up conflict and increasing his chances at victory.
  • The Power of the Sun: His special move, Burst Satellite, which generates an immense blast of flame to incinerate everything.
    • Nuke 'em: It was able to engulf the entire Sphere 360/Destroyer Dome, and only THREE PEOPLE managed to survive it.
  • Red Herring: The main cast thought that he is the Legendary Blader that they are finding. He's not. King is.
