Beloslava "Bela" Petrova
- Naïve Everygirl: How she is in the beginning. Sofia's manipulations and her own impulsive actions turn her just as scheming as Sofia herself and she goes on to ruin Niki's relationship with the other Bela just like Sofia ruined hers.
- New Transfer Student: How she started out.
Sofia Stoycheva
- Alpha Bitch: She's arrogant, rude, controlling and would have everyone either adore her or suffer.
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: She befriends Bela in the first season, but it quickly becomes clear it's all an act. Same with Bella in the fourth and fifth season.
- Lovable Alpha Bitch: In season 6 she finally mellows out and stops plotting against people, becoming friends with the bunch for real.
- Catchphrase: A cheery "Aloha, cool people!" is how she starts every vlog entry.
- Stepford Smiler: For her vlogs, she always plasters on a fake smile and a bubbly personality. In reality, she's a very bitter and scheming person.
Alex
- Beta Bitch: He starts out as bitchy as Sofia, but later befriends pretty much everyone and becomes The Heart, cheering people up and giving them hope and support.
- Camp Gay: He's very effeminate and very flamboyant. He hates pink, though.
- Gay Best Friend: To Sofia.
- The Heart: After growing out of his uppity phase, he's this to pretty much everyone, even people like Yoan who used to bully him.
Petya
A girl from Bela's class who befriends her.
- Blithe Spirit: Petya is very intense and fiery, whether she's happy or upset.
- Official Couple: With Yoan. They get married in the finale.
Peter ("Petyo")
Petya's best friend.
- No Sparks: With Petya. They start dating in the second season, only to realize they aren't meant for each other.
- TV Genius: True to stereotypes, Petyo can't talk without quoting some statistic or other study.
Yoan
- Dumb Muscle: He has a bit of this, mostly Book Dumb, and rolls with it.
- The Big Guy: While most guys in the series are pretty athletic for their age, Yoan stands out as more rugged and unsophisticated, but also easygoing and laid-back.
- Defeat Means Friendship: He goes from beating Alex up to protecting him when they're both assigned to see the school councilor.
- Disappeared Dad: His father abandoned him and his mother when Yoan was a baby. He hates him for it.
- The Dutiful Son: He's raised by his single mother and is very devoted to helping her out. He works at the local liquor store to help pay the bills but is ashamed to tell others of it.
- Hidden Depths: He starts out as The Bully who dates the Alpha Bitch and beats up weaker guys because they looked at him funny. With the help of Petya, he
- Jerk Jock: He starts out as the whole package - a big, tough guy who plays football, dates Sofia and bullies guys like Petyo and Alex. He grows out of it soon.
Nikolai ("Niki") Radev
The captain of the basketball team.- Fatal Attractor: Despite his attractiveness, poor guy just doesn't have any luck with women. First, Sofia ruins his relationship with Bela out of jealousy. Then his childhood friend Izabella returns and despite their mutual feelings, Bela, Sofia and Bella's ex ruin it again. Finally, he meets Marina, only for her to get back together with her ex.
- He Who Fights Monsters: After Sofia ruins his life twice, he becomes just as scheming as her.
- Lovable Jock: He's very kind (unless you're Sofia) and very sporty.

Izabella's ex who wants to get her back.- Psycho Ex: He will stop at nothing to get Bella back, including manipulating her, threatening others and concocting schemes to keep her and Niki apart.
