This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Could someone add my write up for Larkeicus the Clavat from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Echoes of Time to the Monster.Final Fantasy page under a section titled Spinoffs? He's been deemed worthy to qualify.
Here it is:
Larkeicus is an immortal Clavat from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Echoes of Time and a nasty piece of work. Originally, his goals were for the good of humanity, since he invented special crystal powered inventions to give the people of the world untold riches. Once the crystals began vanishing though, the citizens blamed the collapse of the world on Larkeicus. They found a crystal in the forest and at first, Larkeicus wanted to investigate it. He instead, had a change of heart and killed the villagers in the village near the forest which disgusted his apprentice Veriaulde the Yuke. Veriaulde tried to stop his master, but was knocked out. Sherlotta, the only survivor of the massacre, was a prime target of Larkeicus as she was given the ability to spawn crystals. Larkeicus, decided to capture her and experiment on her and his apprentice For Science! so he could obtain immortality and be treated like a god again. Because of his master's experiments, Veriaulde transformed into a monster on contact with any crystals which was a boon for Larkeicus, who wasn't concerned with the Yuke's well being at all. Throughout the game, Larkeicus is shown to have free agency and is perfectly able to stop what he's doing, but is too engrossed in the scientific experiments he is conducting to really care about his apprentice or anyone else.

There are three edits necessary for the Let's Play page, mainly because of all the red text when LPer or variations are found.
- Spazzcakes, is the farthest thing from a textbook example of an L Per. LPing everything from Portal (in which she goes insane in first person), to Madeline games, to Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, she hardly ever exhibits anything known as skill. She does, however, exhibit pure adorable and unbridled rage, usually in streams of words including 'fricknuggets' and 'tacosauce'.

The whole page looks like reviews. I don't see why it doesn't just list Let's Play-ers with work pages here.
So you think it should be formatted like any other index, right? I'm not sure this is the right thread for that, but I would support it.
Maybe if Trope Repair Shop spaces open, I could suggest it there.
On Seltzer And Friedberg, please fix the spelling of "heydey" to "heyday" and "Leslie Nielson" to "Nielsen". Also, move Crack Fic from YMMV to Main.
