This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here
.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.

Replacing the current entry with that would be repairing. The extra bullet points are not responses in a conversation, they are more in depth elaborations on a shorter statement.

For the western animation page for My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, I want the wiki link to be on the main page. Just like this: Has its own wiki.
It doesn't belong on the main page. External wikis focused on specific shows fall under The Wiki Rule, ergo Trivia.

In Fox News Channel, can we expand the Cowboy BeBop at His Computer example for those who aren't familiar with the scandal? Here's my suggestion:
- Cowboy Be Bop At His Computer: Before the first Mass Effect game was released, Fox reported that it would feature full frontal nudity and graphic sex, and would be marketed at children and teens. Obviously EA was a bit offended at such blatant slander.
Could you add on Double Standard: "See also Aggressive Categorism and the Sliding Scale of Gender Inequality."
And on Horny Devils: replace the only instance of "Biological Mash Up" with "{{Mix-and-Match|Man}}".

- Super Cell Reception: There was a PHS (Party Hensei System, a pun on Personal Handiphone System) which allowed you to summon your comrades from anywhere — in the middle of the desert, on a mountain, in a cave or underneath a giant metal plate. For Five-Man Band, would it be acceptable to request, on The Chick sentence, to remove "Otherwise, it is not a Five-Man Band", and add "traditionally" to "This role is played by a woman or a girl?" I understand it might cause a drift like pre-lock, but that just seems to strict. Or add "If the role happens to be filled by a male character, it is The Heart". I don't care, just remove that first sentence.
If not, then that's fine.
