I apologize for the double post, but are there any other opinions?
While the classes are not particularly unique in most cases. I think we should. Wouldn't most of them just be copy/pastes of the Dn D classes, but with small edits? Also, prestige classes. There are a LOT, even if you discount Paths of Prestige.

Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenWhen things like this came up for video games, it was suggested that unless classes are also characters (i.e. there is The Fighter, who has a set personality, as opposed to many Fighters, who are nothing alike) they shouldn't get character entries. And, after all, barring certain setting-connected prestige classes, you're stuck with merely the underlying mechanics and tend to end up with either really short entries or lots of "You could play [class] this way if you wanted to", which isn't really describing the class as a whole. Take a look at Classes.Dungeons And Dragons to see how silly the page ends up looking.

I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me.Only the core classes are really similar to those from D&D.
PF has several completely new classes. Off the top of my head, I can name the Summoner, the Inquisitor, the Magus and the Gunslinger.
I hate having to double post..... anyway.
I started writing a character sheet for the monsters in the Bestiaries. Here's what I have thus far.
Aboleth
- The Chessmaster / The Man Behind the Man: Aboleths shaped the history of Golarion, created several races and made humans a world power.
- Combat Tentacles
- Eldritch Abomination
- Rage Against the Heavens: They see themselves as the true masters of creation.
Bugbear
- Our Goblins Are Different: The largest goblinoids.
- Serial Killer: And they kill to strike at the victim's loved ones.
Derro
- Little People
- Mad Scientist
- Weakened by the Light: Their Mad Scientist tendencies are trying to figure out why surface dwellers AREN'T killed by sunlight.
Dinosaurs
- Everythings Better With Dinosaurs: Well, DUH.
- Fluffy Tamer: ALL dinosaurs can be used as animal companions for your druid or ranger, thus invoking this trope.
Dragon Turtle
- Turtle Power / Our Dragons Are Different: Yes, it's a dragon.
Gargoyle
- Expy: At least one campaign setting has gargoyles that are lightning fast, but don't move if you're looking at them.
Goblin
- Big Eater
- Extreme Omnivore: They're not particularly fussy about what they put in their mouths.
- I'm a Humanitarian: They view all races (yes, including their own) as a source of food.
- Mascot Mook / The Goomba
- More Teeth than the Osmond Family
- Our Goblins Are Different: In Golarion, goblins are psychotic chibis.
- Psychopathic Manchild: As befitting their psycho-chibi depiction in Pathfinder.
- Pyromaniac
Goblin Dog
- Extreme Omnivore: Even moreso than their owners, since goblin dogs will eat things even goblins won't touch.
- Fluffy Tamer: While goblins are this by defult just for owning them, they're only classified as animals. Druids and rangers of all races rejoice.
- Gonk
- Non-Indicative Name: They're actually rodents.
- Poisonous Person: Goblin dog skin is allergenic to most humanoids.
- Rodents of Unusual Size
Gorgon
- A Load Of Bull
- Extra-ore-dinary
- Sadly Mythtaken: Averted for once. The original Gorgons were Medusa's immortal, metallic, bovine sisters. The Pathfinder representation is thus accurate.
- Taken for Granite: It can do this via its breath weapon.
Hobgoblin
- Our Goblins Are Different
- Proud Warrior Race
- The Starscream: Meaning that hobgoblin society, such as it is, is less than stable.
Iron Cobra
- Ridiculously Ophidian Construct: You can't even tell it's a construct at first glance.
Kobold
- Hero Worship: Toward dragons.
- Little People: They're basically dragon halflings.
Kraken
- Intellectual Animal: A rarity among magical beasts, it actually has an alignment. Unfortunately, that alignment is Neutral Evil.
Tarrasque
- Complete Immortality: There is no way to permanently kill a Tarrasque.
- Expy: It's hard to look at its appearance and abilities and not think of Godzilla.
- Final Boss: It's very clearly meant to serve this role, being the most powerful monster in the bestiaries, with CR 25.
- From a Single Cell
So. I was thinking of random, as I am wont to do.
Should we have character sheets for the classes and races?
