Rouge and Blaze VS Morrigan and Felica...
BEST. GAME. EVER.
I am completely, utterly, and thoroughly done with Sola Sonica and 2D@Demongod: I know you love to promote Asuras Wrath as much as possible, but isn't there someone else he could be paired with. Y'know, something that doesn't interfere with Bayonetta and Dante jumping each other's bones.
......Actually, wait, knowing those bastards at Capcom they'd probably force the new!Dante look. Ew. Never mind.
Awesome list bro. Fully support Masamune love. PUT YA GUNS ON, baby!!
All I'd need is Jet Set Radio music. Specifically, new remixes of the songs, which would inevitably sound awesome.
Oh, and I guess Ristar would be nice.

Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. If this was Marvel vs. Capcom, Asura would do well with The Hulk.
A three way between Dante, Bayonetta and Asura would be fun to watch......
Wait, what?
Watch SymphogearBig vs Sasquatch, Fang vs B.B. Hood, Chaos vs Lord Raptor, Bishamon vs Espio...
I am completely, utterly, and thoroughly done with Sola Sonica and 2DMy list for Sega is essentially the same thing, except I'd add,
- ToeJam & Earl
- Ristar
- Billy Hatcher
- Zobio and Zobiko
- Joe Musashi
- Vectorman
- Luke Custer
- SEGAAATAAAA SSAAAANNNNSHIIIRRROOOOO!!!!!!!

If the timer don't tick, the host musta quit.Beat and Zero Beat with specialized graffiti special attacks. Also Bayonetta.
I drink 17 cups of coffee in court.Hell Yeah Rabbit? No?
Rune Walsh or Alis Landale for Phantasy Star rep.
My List:
SEGA-Capcom
Sonic VS Mega Man X (or EXE)
Akira Yuki VS Ryu
Rouge VS Morrigan
Blaze VS Felicia
Gillius Thunderhead VS Arthur
Jack Luber VS Asura
Pai-Chan VS Chun Li
I am completely, utterly, and thoroughly done with Sola Sonica and 2DSo I've heard that Shining Force III is considered one of the best of the series, and Synbios is a main character in the first and third scenarios. Would series fans be okay with him repping the franchise, or would everybody prefer Max from the first one?
Also, I can't find any stand-out characters for the Phantasy Star games (but I haven't looked around that well). Which PS is considered the Magnum Opus?
Bayonetta and Sam Gideon is a must.
I drink 17 cups of coffee in court.Phantasy Star 4, which is where I picked Rune from. Chaz is the main character but he's not that exciting compared to Alys, Rune, or Rika. Some other iconic PS characters are Alis Landale(PS 1, also one of the first female leads in videogames RP Gs), Lashiec(Big Bad of the first game and appears in the 4th), Rolf(protag of PS 2), Nei(PS 2), Wren(appears in PS 3 and PS 4) and of course Dark Force, the most prolific villain in the entire franchise.
Thanks. I ultimately went with Rolf and Nei together, sort of like an RPG party.
If anyone's wondering, I was a bunch of rosters for Sony/Playstation versus a bunch of other companies, including Sega and Capcom. It's not really related to this thread, but the posters here helped.
Y'know, one thing I love about classic game collections is that they're a great way to get introduced to cool characters who haven't seen the light of day in a while. It's how I first learned about Vectorman and Sketch Turner way back in the day.
Recently, the Capcom collection introduced me to Black Tiger, Section Z, both games with protagonists who would be pretty cool in a fighting game I think. Especially Black Tiger.
"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Sketch Turner NEEDS to be in a fighting game. He's practically MADE for it, given that he already has enough moves to make a decent fighting game character with. Vectorman could work, although I'd see him more like the Arthur of the game.
If we were really dreaming, I'd like to see Xavier from Eternal Champions in there. Maybe he could go up against Tessa.

"Great Scott! Send in the Doomsday Squad!"It's Turner, sir.
But the Eternal Champions need a new game. One with less broken AI.
Of course, don't you know anything about ALCHEMY?!- Twin clones of Ivan the GreatCrap, I didn't believe I didn't notice that. It must have been late when I wrote that.
And I definately agree. Either we could get Netherrealm on the job for a crossover of some sort, or, like I said, if we're dreaming, get the Virtua Fighter guys involved. To be honest, I think EC is way, way more interesting than Virtua Fighter ever could be. Sure, the gameplay's not so great, but VF is just so... safe, and generic.

"Great Scott! Send in the Doomsday Squad!"VF's Narm Charm saves it from being too generic though, And it's got its badasses like Wolf, Akira, Brad Burns , jean and Goh.
I would kind of want to see Vashyron or Zephyr as well. Dat gunplay and acrobatics would be sweet.
So, I thought this video was cool.
I've become convinced Sega don't need to cross over with anyone just yet. Even before acquiring Atlus, they could've pulled off their own fighter easily.
Once they've tried their hand at that, then let them fight whoever.
Let's see, who all Sega characters could be used for a fighting game (For the record, i'm gonna skip Sonic characters since them getting in would be obvious, and to focus on the other universes):
Some other games that might have a fighter but I don't know specific characters could be Burning Rangers and Phantasy Star.
