Seeing through this list, there are many tropes that don't quite fit, as they either just describe something strange or improbable too some extent but not absurdity or bizarreness itself or at least put the bizarre or the illogical in a setting. At least I have never seen them in an absurd or surreal context, I believe those should not be on this list. Those are:

• Companion Cube An inanimate object treated by characters as a real person.
• Crazy Memory A character remembers an event so ridiculous it couldn't possibly be true.
• The Dead Can Dance Although they probably smell funny doing it.
• Improbable Antidote Anything can cure poison if the plot requires it.
• Inventional Wisdom Standard, evil plot-critical machines have that one lever/function that seems to be totally unrelated to the rest of it.
• Noodle Implements To describe this one, we'll need a sail, two yards of rope, and at least one strong yak.
• Offer Void in Nebraska Void where prohibited.
• Once Killed a Man with a Noodle Implement A Badass Boast of having killed somebody with something nobody would consider a weapon — and then not explaining or showing how it was done.
• Organ Autonomy Body parts that have a mind of their own. Sometimes they succeed in displacing the brain as the seat of authority.
• Poor Communication Kills An implausible and out-of-character misunderstanding.
• Reaching Between the Lines Sending anything other than sound down the phone lines.
• Smell Phone: Smells are powerful enough to travel through communication devices or other technology.

These are just camera/SFX tricks:

• Seamless Scenery Literally walking into the next scene.
• Unsound Effect A visual sound effect for something that doesn't actually make that sound.

These are just snark tropes and do not really invoke the absurd and the bizarre:

• Lopsided Dichotomy The logical explanation and a blatantly impossible and ridiculous one are presented as the only two possibilities.
• Why Don't You Marry It? When someone is so devoted to a hobby/inanimate thing that they may as well go through with it and get the tax benefits.

I opt for keeping tropes like Digging to China, Crazy-Prepared or Still Fighting the Civil War because I believe I have seen them in absurd contexts. Any more ideas?
