Unless DOG finds some kind of way to get him out of his powered state, Bill probably wins.

No way John Kramer, an ordinary man with a brain tumor, would be able to beat Bill Cipher in direct combat.

Mihaly A. Shilage, ace pilot, vs. a combat-trained princess who basically fights with a frying pan.* (might be mixing a few characters up here)

In his plane, Mihaly wins, no doubt. Outside of it...nope. He's a old man, not extensively combat trained. He'll take a few hits, but his age'll show soon.

Being a Gun God, Y.V.'s domain technically extend to SAMs and MANPADs. If he gets his hand on, say, a Stinger, Mihaly can expect nigh-constant salvos of half-dozen missiles at any given time (Standard Ace Combat fare, really). That said, Y.V.'s humongous ego also works against him. Mihaly only needs to tag him with a teeny burst of cannon fire to force him into retreat, angry that senile mortal manage to land several hits on his holy triangular form.

Hard to say. Bill wins if he's at full power, but otherwise Venuz probably takes the cake here.

Loki probably wins.

Loki, by way of tricking him into stabbing his own heart by accident.

If all it takes to kill him is to destroy his heart, Doggo could easily do so with those claws of hers.

I'm sure the girls can annoy supernatural beings to utter nonexistence.

Umm, I think Randall and Sobble lose this one, as she seems to have more abilities and power.

Sobble may give an edge to Randall against Lucy, but Meta Knight could easily handle both alone, Lucina assisting him would be overkill.

I doubt either of them have the speed to dodge her. Aside from her normal teleporting stuff, they'll also have to contend with giant laser walls and spheres that split into smaller homing spheres. Also, she's probably in her final form because someone hurt Cal, meaning she's going to be focusing her attacks instead of just throwing them randomly. Unless she's just in that form for fun and is throwing them randomly, which might be worse because then nowhere is safe.

MK and Lucina use the equivalent of true melee, Moon Lord tier stuff. The Devourer is far later in the game and has way too much health for them to reasonably take out. So yeah, I think Doggo has this one.

Okay, so between the comics and the musical, the bits of Dr Horrible's arsenal we see him using are: a freeze ray (Stops target in time. Takes some time to warm up), some penny-shaped bombs, a transmatter ray (teleports objects to his lab. Tends to liquefy them on the way, but we can't have everything.), a stun ray, and eventually a death ray.

None of which will do him much good here, though.

peach has magic, and magic almost always beats science.

Nyto Obelisk would easily win, she's an undead robot girl built for combat, and her rifle can blow up a huge area.

Unless the undead robot girl has anything to combat an omnipotent demon, I'm pretty sure Bill wins here.

Duncan's both clever and tough, but not nearly enough so to take on reality warpers

Mihaly's a ace pilot. No big guesses as to who wins with all their cards.
