During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

A plague has struck the land. This plague leads to the death of females well young. Having put the entire community in danger of extinction. With Morwach's own sister deathly Ill.
Anyway Sian has founded a slavery operation with his five brothers. In theory there supposed to kidnap young woman to take back as wives for the people in there land to keep the population going. Sian though in reality is in it for the kicks and admitts doesn't care about that. Sian will butcher several of the woman they find for fun and so that he can get off on it. With his more kindly brother morwach horrified. Sian bullies the rest of his brothers into doing whatever he says.
Anyway the young girl named nora whose a shaman has come from beyond the land in order to save it. Sian thtough becomes interested despite her being fourteen Far younger then there normal victims. She reveals that she's come to save the females and that without her thousands will,die. Sian though agrees and responds that he doesn't actually care if that happens even if his own sister dies. So brutally beats her and takes her intending to turn her into a captive.
Anyway morwich in a bout of conscience triestried to save her by freeing her. She tries to get him to leave as she'd summoned the spirits of the forest to have these five sacrificed to them in order to end the deaths. She wanted morwich to get away as he wasn't as bad as his brothers but sadly he's a bit too slow. Sian screams as he's ripped in pieces though his sister returns to health and a probbaly long happy life far away in his village.

Otyer mitigating factors
Nope he doesn't actually care about his family at all and makes that clear.
He's also no WIE or anything as it's revealed that he doesn't care about his people or land and would be fine seeing it die if he could take out his sadistic whims.
Also yes he didn't create the plague but he was aware there was a way to save everyone by freeing nora (the only one of brothers who did) and actively sabotaged it dooming thousands of people to death including his own suster just for sadistic kicks.
So yes he does bear responsibly here.
Heinous standard
Each story is in its own universe so they don't need to be compared but sian is easily the worst their. Slaver, Sexual sadist, torturer, murderer and willing to let thousands die

- Birds of azalea: Based on read window. Leonard is a creepy perv who has been photographing the three girls that live next door to his house and may want to kill or kidnap them buy he's killed by the benevolent monster before that happens. Not quite to cm level.
- in the forest dark and deep: Based on Alice in wonderland. The second villain the March hare is bad enough. It mutilated over ten people including 4 kids who were just eight years old but it has a villainous friendship with the villain protagonist to the point where the two are legit friends and even help cover for each other. He racks his claws over her upon her request to throw the police off but makes sure she's okay first and even keeps watch over her after that to ensure she's okay. Kinda sad as an evil man sized rabbit cm would have been something.
- Emmeline: Doesnt have a bad guy.
- Hide and seek: A lose mix of final destination and the crow. A girl is murdered by her abusive stepfather and is given a day in order to outrun death to get her life back. She takes a third option by killing her stepfather and using his soul as a replamt returning to life. Awesome story but step dad isn't heinous enough.
- The dark scary parts and all: No one dies here.
- Verus chorus verus. : Based on songs by Nirvana. It involved a teen idol being sent to an insane asylum where She gets her mind eaten and then does the Same to her mother who sent here here.
- The flicker the finger the best the sigh: Based on i know what you did last summer. 4 kids accidentally kill someone and suffer the consequences.
- fat girl with a knife : Based on zombieland. Zombies don't have agency.
- sleepless: Based on psycho. A serial killer who stalks girls using internet chat rooms. He also talks to his mother's corpse and is genuinely crazy. When he picks up one of his victims. She turns the tables on him. Turns out she's a serial killer as well and stalks creepy pervs and killers using these chat rooms before brutally murdering them. She tortures him to death as payback for his victims and sets fire to his house.
- M: Based on well M. Kills one person.
- The girl without a face: Based on what lies beneath. A creepy jerk jock who sexually assaulted a girl and caused her go kill herself out of despair is haunted by her ghost who drives him insane to the point he's permanently instuitollzed as he's so off he consntamly tries to kill himself.
- stitches : No one dies.
- on the 1-5: Based on death proof. Serial Killer of woman and the next ep.

Here's another candidate before my writeups. Oh and to Sain.
What is the work? Daemon_9 is what you get when you combine Shin Megami Tensei with Sara is Missing. You're an unnamed Amateur Sleuth searching for evidence regarding the mysterious disappearance of college student Morgan Shane, a case that is being covered up by powerful, rich and influential people, why? Because Morgan has been the victim of Demonic Possession at the hands of an ancient digital demon. Now it's up to you to save Morgan and defeat the demon before more lives are lost.
Who is he? The so-called Angel of Light, He Who Makes Gods Tremble, Lord of Lords, Chiyou Zhou is China's equivalent to Satan who is described as being even more bloodthristy than the Abrahamic devil himself. According to folklore, Zhou once ruled the Earth with an iron fist for ten thousand years until the god Shangdi killed his bride Mei Guan; after this, Zhou travelled to the deepest pits of Hell and would stay there until Mei Guan was resurrected, facilitating his destructive return to Earth. Zhou's influence spawned cases of human sacrifices dedicated to him and death-cults in rural China which were described as both "fanatical and homicidal", with Zhou apparently possessing the most devout of them. In 2017, three millenia after his rule ended, the son of a microchip tycoon and CEO of GUI, Tai Jianguo, perpetrated one of the worst mass murders in the history of China by videotaping himself releasing sarin gas inside his father's factory, killing almost thirty people in Zhou's name before declaring that "those who die here are the lucky ones" and taking his own life. Residing inside the GUI microchips and using the Daemon_9 virus to infiltrate the human world via computers, Zhou saw Morgan as his new bride for having Chinese blood running in her veins and began subjecting her to doses of Mind Rape.
After changing Morgan's personality to his advantage and isolating her from others, Zhou's influence ended up culminating with him forcing Morgan to cut a symbol into her own throat before she was stopped by her best friend, Anna; Zhou made Morgan kill her best friend and sent her on a rampage, killing two other students, a store owner, and two state troopers before she went missing. Keeping Morgan away as his personal slave while she is unable to stop herself from harming people, Zhou corrupts her innocent soul even further and mockingly states that the "child" wants to be his queen, but if he cannot have her, then he will "gadly destroy her", torturing the girl with a swarm of flies and making her bleed. With the help of Milos, a hacker and an exorcist, the "Hacksorcist", the protagonist rescues Morgan by causing a massive system crash in GUI's servers and eliminating the Daemon_9, effectively destroying Zhou's digital persona before a deal to expand the microchips between the Pentagon and GUI had the chance to be completed, saving the world from a new genocidal dictatorship at the hands of Zhou.
Mitigating Factors? Nope, Zhou is abusive, sadistic, and murderous.
Heinous? Even if he was trapped in the microchips, Zhou did a lot of damage with his worshippers and would have caused worldwide destruction if he was was successfully brought back to earth again.
Conclusion?

Back again and sure to all of the candidates I missed and changing my vote to nay on Zimmerman.
Anyways, belated writeups:
- Hotline Miami: The Janitors—real names Dennis and Jonatan—are a duo of terrorists members of the Ultranationalist group, 50 Blessings, who are responsible for many events in the series. Attempting to make America more powerful in their own vision, the Janitors then manipulates the citizens of Miami to slaughter members of the Russian Mafia by sending out cryptic and threatening phone calls , and either take action against those who do not comply, leave them to die at the hands of the Russians if they fail their mission, or simply eliminate them once they outlive their usefulness. When one of their victims, Richter, dismisses the phone calls, the Janitors torch his car and threaten to have his sickly mother murdered. The Janitors then send Richter to kill Jacket, costing the life of Jacket's girlfriend and putting Jacket into a coma. When Richter is sent to prison for his botched assassination attempt, the Janitors hire an inmate to kill Richter to tie up loose ends and orchestrate a prison riot to make sure Richter dies, causing countless deaths. Despite their claims, the Janitors are simply a pair of sadistic hypocrites who are no better than the Russians they resent.
- Smite: While the game is mostly about the gods or mythological figures from different pantheons fighting against each other, these figures came across as the most monstrous:
- "Chinese Pantheon": Da Ji is the wicked nine-tailed fox who was sent by the goddess Nu Wa to teach the Emperor of China, Zhou, a lesson. However, she is revealed to be something worse. After she becomes the Emperor's wife, Da Ji causes havoc and misery across China and delights at her own subjects' scream of pain. At one point, she burns a village, tortures several innocent people using her favorite device, Paolao, and makes her men sing at the rhythm of the screams of her victims. When Zhou's people begin a rebellion, which results in Zhou's suicide, Da Ji escapes unharmed and intends to spread misery while joining the battle of the gods to satiate her lust for pain.
- "Hindu Pantheon": Bakasura is a hungry demon who has a bottomless appetite of human flesh. After committing countless unspeakable atrocities, Bakasura then terrorizes a village called Ekachakra by devouring several innocent people of the village which resulted on the chief of the village sending food towards the demon to prevent his hunger in which Bakasura responded by eating the person who brought the provisions. Seemingly defeated, he joined the Battle of the Gods to satiate his own hunger and using his own skill on eating several minions of the gods in order to restore his own vitality during the fight.
- "Mayan Pantheon": Ah Puch is the ruler of the underworld Xibalba's Ninth Hell, Mitnal, who has a penchant on collecting corpses to his realm and tormenting them as his own playthings with macabre glee. To gain more corpses, Ah Puch roams across the land during the night with his minions and drags the unfortunate innocents into the endless oblivion for his own amusement. Participating in the Battle of the Gods, Ah Puch intends to fill all of the Nine Hells of Xibalba with corpses of innocent people and gods and has no hesitations to throw or blow his corpse army during the battle, claiming that he's got a lot of corpses he can use from underworld below.
Any opinions and thoughts before I send it to the drafts? And yeah, you could argue the Janitors can be trimmed a little bit and have to admit that I spoiler tag them because they're a huge Walking Spoilers after all. As for Smite? I'm a little bit confused on how to positioning them so I made the tree like this. Until then, thoughts?
P.S. I added the header of Smite. Do you like it or find it unnecessary?

What's the work?
''Weapons of Death is a 1977 Poliziotessco film, titled Napoli Spara in the native tongue, with Henry Silva as the villain Santoro. So let's talk Santoro.
Who is Santoro?
Backstory first? Naples is a cesspool of crime and corruption. Inspector Belli and his taskforce do their best to fight it. Santoro is a new up and coming kingpin, a cold shark who treats everyone as expendable pawns. More than that, Santoro is untouchable, because he's beloved by the local boss, Don Alfredo. When Alfredo's son was murdered, Santoro comforted him and helped him through the worst time, and become like a son to Alfredo, who refuses to hear a bad word about him.
Santoro, however, is a violent sociopath. In the opening stages of the film, he leads a robbery on a train. When it comes to these robberies, Santoro's MO is always the same: he storms the region, slaughtering cops and civilians with impunity, steals the money and flees. This time is no different. When one of his men is injured and begs for help? Santoro callously guns him down as they flee.
This is not sitting well with the other local mafioso who think Santoro is bringing the heat down on them to uncomfortable levels. Despite begging with Don Alfredo, he refuses to allow Santoro to be harmed, so several mafioso take it into their own hands and try to have him killed. Belli intervenes unwittingly and Santoro is saved, gloating over his good fortune.
Santoro takes revenge, killing his erstwhile rivals, but also with anyone innocent at their sides. He then attacks a bank, again slaughtering loads of people, before Belli is caught chasing him. Santoro curiously spares his enemy and flees...it turns out this is less than charitable: Santoro does it specifically to cast aspersions on Belli. A cop suspected of being crooked is better to him than a martyr.
Santoro continues to rise, killing cops and civilians all the while, as he continues to suck up to Alfredo...hoever, under investigation, it turns out there's a women, hidden away, who Santoro is seeking. She knows a secret: Santoro's loving relationship with Don Alfredo was calculated. He's the one who murdered Alfredo's son specifically to get in good with the old man, and the woman was a surprise witness. Santoro is terrified of being exposed as a result, and Belli uses her as bait to draw Santoro out.
Things go off and Santoro is cornered at a train station. He manages to take refuge upon a fleeing train....when one character, a little boy, points out Santoro's hiding place, Belli and Santoro get into a shootout...and Santoro shoots the little kid death before Belli manages to shoot him. Santoro falls....and the train runs him over, ending his up and coming career.
Heinousness?
Even the other mafioso dislike Santoro for his violence. Even if it's just pragmatism, they're creeped out by his tendency to wholesale slaughter everyone around on robberies. And you know, his disdain for civilian casualties and murdering a child at the end. Santoro does more damage than most mobsters would dream of. Pass.
Mitigating Qualities?
It's hilarious how Santoro doesn't give a remote fuck when his bodyguard is gunned down on the hit against him. Now, the two things that seem to be redeeming at first? He spares Belli, saying "now we're even", but it's revealed this is just to disgrace Belli in the eyes of the law, as a cop spared by a mobster makes people think they're in league. And Don Alfredo...Santoro is loving, caring and treats him like a father...only for it to be revealed Santoro murdered Alfredo's son so he could worm his way into Alfredo's affections and rise higher in the mob as a result.
Conclusion?
An easy keeper
