@nwotyzal, The effortpost is cluttered as it is. There are multiple villains in the AAR. If I add all the villains in one effortpost, it would likely be of lower quality than it is right now, and I put all I had in those effortposts.

Maybe each villain would have seperate effortposts, but I already know that most of them would be rejected for the Complete Monster status.

The only villains I think have a chance of being in Complete Monster status are Worm Cultist Hassan (Part 1), The Whore Of Babylon (False Martin Luther, seen in Part 2), Konrad Von Habsburg (Part 2-3), Alfred Hoffman (Part 4-5), Josh (already rejected, Part 5), Markos Angelos (Parts 3-4), Roman... (I forgot the last name, Part 4), and Ferdinand Galliard (likely going to be rejected for being minor compared to the other villains shown above except Roman, Part 5). A far cry from the tens of main villains in the AAR as of now, and it's still incomplete.

Orror, you may want to consider starting by comparing any similar villains in that case, in terms of actions and resources.

In other words, compare soldiers and mercenaries to each other, likewise politicians, likewise sexual predators and serial killers, and be sure to compare them all to the villains with the highest body count or worst atrocities.

BTW, you never did explain whether there were other child predators at all.

• Even if Gault's not THE worst, as long as he's among them—which he seems to be—I'll give a tentative yes.
• Cut Founder (though you mentioned Rice; he got cut for similar reasons)
• Abstain on Zurgo. "currently back under house arrest with his mother"? Yeah, that doesn't seem serious enough.
• Shandor: Does he know his mother's portrait sank? Is it possible he could be Drunk on the Dark Side by then? That said, the third point? If the rest of the mansion's not decayed? That's a bigger factor that could cause him to count.
• I still abstain on Severin.

The Implication I was trying to show is that ALL the Jerusalemite soldiers became Child Predators due to Elias's conditioning of the Jerusalemite soldiers, peer pressure, and force. Those that didn't become child predators gets killed for not being one (Although, the official Jerusalem reason is for being a "Homosexual".).

(Another reason why I asked if Theodor is a Complete Monster is because he's even more evil than the guy who turned the Roman (TTL's spiritual USA's) military into a den of child predators and pedophiles.)

What is the Work?

FNAF: Killer in Purple 2 is a FNAF fangame serving as a "sequel" to Five Nights at Freddy's: Killer in Purple. Said "sequel" with the "" because the first game actually has no lore and is a mere killer simulator, while the second one does have a plot; I will copy and paste it directly from the Gamejolt page but since it has some typos I will correct them with how I think the developer meant them: "After over half a milion people killed kids (I think he meant "After over half a million killed kids", because otherwise this sentence has no sense), William Afton thinks it's enough to finish is ("his") project called Malhare (said project is Glitchtrap; this isn't really a correction, just me specifying). He saves the data and stored it on a hard drive in case something in his plan goes wrong. When he goes to the surface, William is again thirsty for blood. He starts his own pizzeria, where he lures kids and kill them for fun". So yeah, in this game you build your own pizzeria and kill children, to make it short.

Who is the Candidate and What have they Done?

William Afton is both the Big Bad and main protagonist of the game. William's backstory seems mostly similar to the canon games: he presumably founded Fredbear's Family Diner with Henry at some point, founded Afton Robotics and Circus Baby's Pizza World and killed kids. He also built the Twisted Animatronics since they can be found around the map, although they will attack William for... whatever reason. Focusing on particular crimes, William has killed at least 6 children (among them Charlie, Henry's daughter) and the Gamejolt's page for the game says he killed even way more than that. After having killed for a while, William goes for his last victim before leaving Hurricane: his own friend, who he pushes off a lighthouse. William returns to Hurricane at the beginning of the game, where he finished creting Glitchtrap and then opens a new pizzeria to kill more kids just for pure fun, laughing every time he kills a kid and then getting rid of their bodies in a dumpster. However, what in my opinion makes this William worse than the canon one in my opinion is what is revealed after you reveal Afton Robotics' factory: the bodies of the kids killed by William are turned into ingredients for pizza, which then William serves to his own customers. During the end of the game, William finds himself surrounded by the ghosts of the children and Henry, who is revealed to have survived William's attempted murder and discovered the animatronics were possessed, helping the children to get their revenge by luring William with a job. William however shows little no worry, stating he suspected Henry was still alive and knew the animatronics were possessed; he then says how tormented souls cannot die and states how he will have his own revenge, wearing the Spring Bonnie suit and killing himself. Entering Henry's house after the ending of the game reveals William's spirit did survive, since you can see purple eyes and teeth in the darkness along with messages written by William saying he's still around and that Henry and Goldie (likely referring to Golden Freddy) will pay.

Do they have any Mitigating Factors or Freudian Excuse?

I can't see any. Like in the canon games he had told his daughter Elizabeth to stay away from Baby but that's about it, and there's nothing that indicates he grieved for her death.

Do they meet the Heinousness Standard?

I mean, he uses dead kids to make fucking pizza. Not even the canon William did this. On top of that, he willingly killed himself because he knew he would have come back and created Glitchtrap so, yeah.

Final Verdict?

I think this guy counts but it's not up for me to decide. I gave you the informations, you decide now.

I think we should revise Satan's entry on Mandela Catalogue, he's done numerous more deliberately sadistic and horrible actions than the page lists. I understand we try to keep these things succient but this dude has done quite a bit of shit.

Honestly with all the information for Zurgo, I'm not really sure he sounds serious enough. Tachyon's a buffoon at times, but his menace is there and he dies in a genuinely serious, climactic way—but we've still ultimately felt he's a bit too goofy. If Zurgo is not only more goofy but gets that kind of defeat, I don't think I can rightly say he lands.

The Administrator from Mars Needs Moms has a genuine shot at CM for 99% of the film, only for her final fate to be revealed as changing babies' diapers and being literally pissed on. I'm ok with silly defeats, but when they're not only silly but...frankly downplaying of any genuine menace that could have been there, I feel like the villain has likely missed.

Thanks to all who chimed in on Severen and to Lighty for the proper debate and pushing for it, he doesn't seem like a land but that's alright, I'll have another baddie to round out the batch soon in a collab with Scrags that he mentioned before.

@Sky Cat He simply told her to stay away from Baby but other than that nothing indicates he cared for her or that her death had any impact on him. It also definitely doesn't justify his actions.
