It would be the most incomprehensible battle of unreadable chaotic trolls known to man.

I can't tell whether it would evolve into war, devolve into a petty game or quite likely all three would just disappear when no-one was watching. Maybe from the start their manner of fighting would be one we couldn't comprehend even by watching.

I would add Chiri Kitsu and Kirei Kotomine, but they're kinda more coherent most of the time. And more violent.

To speak of crossovers that actually occurred, DBZ x One Piece had an absolutely hilarious exchange between Android 18 and Franky, as he was trying to compare notes with her about how awesome it is being a cyborg, which she was having none of.

I heard the One Piece x Toriko X Dragon Ball OVA that came out recently was very good, too.

Yeah, it was pretty amazing. My highlight was Chopper seeing Goten and Trunks fuse, and immediately try to do it with Sani, much to his chagrin.

Chis Sweet Home meets Hamtaro: Will Chi kill, mutilate and eat the Ham-Hams or befriend them? Either way it will be cute (unless it's really, really not).

All in all it's similar to Jinrui if Assistant could speak and the snark was spread between the two main characters.
