We're introduced to our three main characters and get a good look at their personalities courtesy of Saburo X's dialogue and writing. The petite, down-to-earth newcomer Mei contrasts well with the dour goth Gwen and the brighter Rayya. Their character designs also help establish their character to great effect.
Big breasts abound, ranging from double Ds to basketball bosoms. There's no BE or overt eroticism n evidence yet, but the sheer excess of oversized breasts on the page helps to make up for it. While it isn't the strongest stand alone piece, Welcome to Chastity I works effectively as a setup for things to come, and ends on a cliffhanger that leaves the reader wanting to know more. Overall it's a good introduction to the world of Chastity, and its slow start helps the reader develop a stronger connection to the characters which will make later chapters all the more rewarding to read.
College Freshman Mei Lau was like any other young woman starting out on her own in a new town, and with a name like Chastity, she didn't expect much out of the ordinary. Even once she's introduced to her new roommates, the sarcastic goth Gwen and the warm and sunny Rayya, and more specifically to their outrageously huge breasts, she first passes it off as a joke.
But once she realizes their huge breasts are no joke, she quickly reverts to shock, and Mei quickly overcomes her outright denial of the surreal shapes of her new roommates to discover there's more to the town of Chastity than she bargained for – it's populated by hundreds of women with impossibly large breasts.
Mmm, I think we're gonna need more details on this one. That sounds like it could either pass or fail depending on the exact emphasis placed on the story.

Well, wasn't that expensive when I bought it, lol.
So yea. All the casts are adults. Most of the series is the main character trying to figure out why everyone in towns has huge boobs and dealing with her own with a lot Gag Boobs and Breast Expansion. There's a lot of bare breasts and 4 instance of sex, which is about 5 pages of sex total and 2 of the panels show full penetration.
I can share my copy with anyone or at least the pages that would be the most concerning. Fair warning, the breasts sizes in the series are gimongous, bigger than their owner in a lot of cases.

Yea, I'd say it has a real plot. There's a main throughline of the main character trying to figure out why the town is the way it is. Most of the characters in the series aren't really trying to be hyper-sexual other than they just have giant boobs.
Given captainpat's analysis, I'd call it a keeper. It's got a plot, even if the chests are bigger than a mimic.

Next morning the three have an Info Dump that yes this isn't normal, but it's been like this forever and everyone got used to it. Luckly, outside media or scientists aren't really interested. The girls that leave have to go surgery to not stand out, so Rayya dreams of making a fitting fashion brand and Gwen complains she can't be a proper goth. Aside that, it's just a normal town and Mei unsuccessfully tries to not be prejudicial. College montage time.
Mei tries to take a shower and notices she's turned from A-cup to D-cup, and asks the two wtf. Avoiding explanation, the team goes to Fiona Flannagan's to buy new clothes, who's cups are as big as herself. Mei keep being reminded to not be insensitive and get used to it. Over time Mei keeps growing, and some shadowy mastermind watches her shower through a camera.
She finds Gwen having sex in their room and is chased out by a thrown clock. Mei as a proper student, questions why aren't her things heavy and why everyone's size is different. Fiona answers the last one is that it's probably heritage and there's a special district whose residents are especially large. Rayya promises to take Mei there. The two notice Gwen's broken clock has a camera inside, so they call the police right away, who start finding cameras all over dorms. Junior officer Scott Woods cheers Mei up and leaves.
Mei finds Scott cute and call him to learn of the investigation and pretty much asks him on a date. Scott hangs up because the forensics found that that cameras livestream to the mayor. Rayya takes Mei to her old house. Rayya's sister Tara requires an entire railed support system to move around. Mei finds an old group photo with Tara's size more "human-like" and is still growing.
Local news show mayor Michael Harris being arrested for illegal surveillance. Rayya calls Tara to let her know, who's multitasking with explicit activities. A hooded figure meets Harris in jail, calls the deal off and fries him with the fire hand.
Mei is preparing for a date with Scott and her size is already larger than her roommates' and needs new clothes again. The lovebirds visit all places and kiss. Scott tells Mei that Harris has committed suicide, despite witnessing the charcoal skeleton. Mei calls Gwen about it, who's having that mysterious person with her.
Mei is having a nightmare if her chest will grow as big as a house. Scott meets her and assures the size doesn't matter, and invites her to a Halloween party. Mei is bothered by something and finds in the library a 17th Century book that shows a witch with giant breasts, who looks exactly like Gwen. Mei starts having a breakdown that every explanation about this town has been contradictory.
While Rayya and Gwen are at the party, Mei stays at the dorm and finds Gwen's diary. Suddenly, Mei is interrupted by a woman in a white cloak. She was burned as an evil witch, for being one, came back from the dead and has cursed the villagers to have breasts larger than hers out of spite, so she would no longer stand out. So she just lived here for centuries and Harris took care of the documents.
Mei uses a prepared cross on the villain, and it has no effect, so she just stabs her with it and runs away to the party. The witch starts throwing fireballs with no care of her cover. The reason the witch looks like Gwen is because Gwen is the actual witch and this is her Enemy Without. So two Gwens are having a magic duel and evil Gwen dies in the burning bar.
Gwen and Rayya are still friends despite her still having magic. Mei bangs Scott and is completely used to her new life.
Very weird, but not fetishized enough to cut, it's just a story with an absurd gimmick that's used as seriously and nonsexually as possible to build a mystery plot. Has three sex scenes for filler. Some topless nudity, but not most of the time.
