Not Tropeworthy: Notable Music Videos

...as well as Notable Flash Videos. The problem with these two tropes is similar to Authors Of Quote, which we just cut, that being that these two are just lists of "[thing] troper likes". In this case, I think they should both be turned into indexes for Music videos / Flash videos with pages on the wiki, and cut the "notable" part from the name.

Should we also discuss Notable Fanfiction Archives, or is that better suited for its own thread? It's a list of fan-fic websites.

Yeah, I am open to just having it be "Music Videos". Notable Flash Videos on the other hand seems to overlap with Web Animation, so I say cut that!

Yeah, I think this can work as some sort of an Index/genre page for Music Videos, since we don't actually have a space to list them otherwise, and some of them do have enough tropes to have its own page.

Agreed with OP's suggestion. Let's drop the "notable" part.

If the mods will allow that, I'm in favor of cutting it since it's mainly a list of external links. Expanding this thread's scope to include it would save us the need for another TRS slot.

Maybe the informational bits could be moved to a useful notes page?

We really don't need Notable Fanfiction Archives, especially since it serves as a list of external links (some of which are dead mind you). Whatever fanfic websites do have a page here can and have been properly indexed elsewhere. Plus FanficRecs/ and FanWorks/ for individual works renders that page moot.

YMMV on whether or not there should be a subsection or separate page for them.

What's the point of that page?

Indexes tropeworthy Websites (that's a redirect), the way indexes like Video Games of 2015–2019 index video games.

Most of the sites listed don't have a TV Trope page. It feels like we're advertising.

It does look like the path to Music Videos is rather clear cut, the rest I suppose could have a crowner to determine their fate unless it's headed a similar trajectory. As for Popular Webcomic Sites, not sure what to make of that.

Consensus for Notable Music Videos seems to be drop the "notable" part + turn into an index for music videos with pages on the wiki.
