Now that you've read all that, welcome! Making pages for your favorite works and creators is fun, but we get that there's a learning curve, especially for new tropers. This thread is intended to help people new to work-page making, and can cover anything and everything you aren't sure about after reading the relevant Administrivias: whether or not an example passes wiki standards, if the formatting and layout of your page is all right, if the summary is comprehensible, or if the page has enough meat to stand by itself. Or simply if you need a second pair of eyes to take a look at your work.
Things that this thread is not:
- A place to request work pages to be made - This Is a Wiki; if you are familiar with the work, then you are the best person to make the page. This thread is intended to be a peer review of work pages that are in progress or newly finished. If you feel like a work deserves a page but can't go about making it yourself for whatever reason, please list it in List of Shows That Need Summary.
- For help with trope-making: see the Trope Idea Sounding Board
(for incipient ideas) and the TLP workstation thread (for existing drafts) for help on that.
- For image selection: you can generally go and put up an image of the work by yourself (go through How to Pick a Good Image first, though), but if you have two or more suggestions, pop by Image Pickin instead.
Now - post your babies (sandboxes, new pages, TLP drafts, etc).! We are here to help. :-)

So I recently made a page for Borne of Caution. However it feels like I jumped the gun on its creation, plus I'm realizing just how out of my depth I am at making a works page. Should I turn it into a sandbox until it's in a more presentable state or no?

So I made Sandbox.David Near because I'm not sure if the namespace should be Web Video/ or Creator/, I lean towards the latter since he has made a horror audio series that could get its own page (if no one else beats me to it, I'll probably make it).
Also, I see Riddle is definition-only. Is my example for it on this page disallowed? Not sure what subtrope it'd fit in.

~Bo Jack Horse - Literature.Underworld 1997 is still a stub, but it just needs another trope and all of its tropes to have good context to not be a stub anymore.
Calling you here because this seems like the best place to talk about stubs, instead of the TLP Crash Rescue I pointed you to before, judging from the Stub Notifier I just used?

Heart of the Forest has a prequel now. I'm waiting until it's finished before I trope it, but I can't decide if I should make a second page, or merge it with Heart of the Forest and move it to Harmonys Chosen, the name of the series. There's precedent for this - all the installments of Dæmorphing and Eleutherophobia (I made the latter page) share an article even though the series are pretty long.

I have a question: so I'm thinking of making Sony Imagesoft (currently a redirect) into a creator page. How much of a description do I need? Do I need a long one, or could I get away with a short one?
Also, are tropes required for a company page, or no?

That work page dates to 2016, so it isn’t exactly new.
I’d suggest going to a stub work page cleanup, but I’m not so sure one currently exists, or if one does and I just can’t really see since I’m not at home right now and I can’t check.

From Non-Fiction Literature, I found Albion's Seed, no tropes, but Quotes.Spirited Young Lady has one quote from it.
Perhaps if that could be crosswicked and the list inside, "love, cherish, and obey", used as Bread, Eggs, Milk, Squick or something, then we'd have 2 of 3 tropes?

I think I'm about done on Kid Colt (2009) - which has pretty much been a solo effort, give how obscure/old the comic is. Everything should now be crosswicked, ZCEs are hopefully avoided, and there should be some context for anyone who's never seen the comic or characters before.
Any thoughts? Does it look ok?

Hey-o, I recently made a page for We saw the world explode, a Lost fanfic I read. I'm gonna go through cross wicking in a little bit, but for now, does anyone have any comments on the page itself? I Sandboxed it first, but I didn't know this thread exists, and if there's any suggestions I'd love to hear them - in particular, if there are any ideas for indexes (I have it on one, but I don't know if there are any others). Thanks!

If the fic is complete (I can't tell, since it's only visible to registered AO3 users) it can be added to Completed Fic.

I'm making a page for a Fan Vid called Touhou Baseball In Heat Star 2007 based on the Touhou Project series. Right now, I'm the only person who is directly interested in doing this series - At least directly. The actual video series itself is in Japanese and is untranslated, so I mainly used various translating tools to quickly get summary of the work and some of the tropes that might apply with it.
I mean, it's fine to launch any work as long as it's not a stub (has to be at least three tropes), and I'm just curious with people maybe reviewing it before I officially launch it. Besides, do I put this either as Fan Fic or Web Video for the category type? (On FanWorks.Touhou Project, I would probably put it in the "Web Animation" category regardless.)
EDIT: (This was before the work page become confirmed to be up, resulting in the sandbox's deletion.)

Fanfic is only for written works. Looks like Web Video, since it doesn't look like it contains original animation.

Do I need to remove the Sandbox if the work page looks good enough and I have published it and it's confirmed? We know that Work Pages Are a Free Launch, but if people agree, maybe I can safely remove the Sandbox page if the work's trope page is now approved and treated as official (as far as it can for TVTropes).
I'm also considering to create the YMMV and Character pages if needed. After all, this is technically the first page I completely created by my own, at least at the start.

Sandboxes are meant to be temporary. If the work page is up, the sandbox should be in Cut List.

I made a sandbox for a My Little Pony fanfic called Heart Of The Forest. I'm planning to make it a full page once it has eight tropes, plus I haven't finished reading it yet. Anyone want to add tropes?
Also, I'm hesitant to put the cover on the page because the artist has deleted all of their MLP-related content.
