I think this one might be one of those "Okay, You're a Goon, But What's a Goon to a Goblin?" type situations. Ronin's no slouch — with a good pilot on board, the 'bot can hold his own against much bulkier robots and human targets without much trouble, and can be easily repaired if shit goes awry — but Sephiroth is on that metaphysical shit, man. You kill his physical body and he'll just regenerate into some weird angelic abomination (with like eight wings, contrary to the song title). My dude's working with those Square Enix final boss standards.
Hell of a fight if you managed to get a Ronin and some more Titans in the mix, though. that's basically just Evangelion i guess
