Does it have to be a movie?
HiCan we at least wait until Columbus Day/Canadian Thanksgiving is over?
Peace is the only battle worth waging.Sorry for the lateness of my reply. You raise a good point; I didn't entirely think the question through.
I like to keep my audience riveted.Misery (1990) is pretty scary. And the Exorcist
She/they. Hirrus Clutumnus is my comfort characterI don't do horror movies. I don't do haunted houses. Basically I'm just here for costumes and candy.
Blog linkFor me, the scariest movie I ever watched is still Perfect Blue.
How about the Haunted Mansion?
I like to keep my audience riveted. That wasn't scary. It wasn't even all that funny.
Edit: Thought you were talking about the movie, not the ride. Never been on the ride. Should rectify that situation.

Blog linkYeah, it's fun. :)
For a non-movie example as Coleman mentioned, one of the scariest things I ever saw involved this very website.
I can still remember that one time some odd years ago, we changed the page image for High Octane Nightmare Fuel from The Terminator to Smiledog. Then after a while, we had to change it back to the Terminator because the Smiledog picture was TOO scary. Well, not all dogs go to Heaven.
I like to keep my audience riveted. One day before my candy giving duties commence.
Blog linkMay it be a lot of fun. :)
I like to keep my audience riveted.it's slightly late for this, but this is really cool. It's the original studio version of Paul Frees' voiceover for Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.
I can't believe he actually sounded like that. A complete legend.

I just have to get this out; on Halloween night of this year I was prepared to start giving out candy, even though I was told that there were not that many children within the neighborhood. I was prepared to give out some candy to somebody but nobody ended up coming and I was sitting around waiting for more than 2 hours I believe. However, just when it was about 8:30 pm in terms of the time and I was just about ready to accept that nobody was coming and was about to call it quits, so that I could go to the bathroom, the doorbell finally rang whilst I was still in the bathroom and my mother had to answer it and had out candy for me. I was soon able to rush myself out of the bathroom shortly after all of that and went back to waiting for somebody to come by, but nobody else came after that. Any thoughts on this particular course of events?
I thought of bumping this thread, since the holiday will be upon us soon. :) I recently remembered something to add to it as well, one of the scariest YouTube videos I ever saw.
This one time, I watched the YouTube video Bart the General to see what the fuss about it was. Unfortunately, I made the unwise decision of watching it at night. When I went to bed later, I certainly didn't sleep that night. I had a lot of trouble getting the video's gruesome images out of my mind. And get this; at one point, I actually felt like there was a malevolent presence hovering above my bed, and for some reason the numbers on my alarm clock looked more like an eerie red-orange instead of their usual yellow.
With all of that, I must confess that's why I didn't like "Lesson Zero" for a while; it made me think of that. x_x
I like to keep my audience riveted.I won't miss Halloween this year; not even here!
But I celebrate it quietly. As in just acknowledge it, have fun and remember it.
"Scooby Dooby Doo!"Two of my friends haven't seen The Nightmare Before Christmas. Looks like I'm going to try and make them watch it for Halloween this year.
“We’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.” - Lewis CarrollI hope you have fun. :)
I remember reading a joke that some people can't decide whether The Nightmare Before Christmas is a Halloween movie or a Christmas movie, so they say it's a Thanksgiving movie. XD
I like to keep my audience riveted. My favorite horror movies (and the only two I really enjoy) are Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and Carrie (1976); most other horror movies feel sort of pointless or too squicky for me. However, as far as Halloween movies go, here's a good one that hasn't been mentioned yet: Corpse Bride!
I don't watch horror movies because I'm a wimp. I get very easily scared of spooky stuff.
But I will make an exception for really bad horror movies that are extremely poorly-made to the point where they are so bad at trying to scare you that they're funny. I like to laugh at how bad they are because I love funny stuff. Like bad movies like Birdemic and Sharknado.
Im on a long hiatus/quitted because im burnt out sorryI did that with You're Next. XD
I like to keep my audience riveted.Me and a friend are also planning to watch some bad movies this Halloween x3
"Leftover items still have value!"The Legend of Hell House has its moments (I first saw it at the cinema as a double bill with Terror Train).
I'd rather be known as a "wrong 'un" than a "right one".To be fair, I think Sharknado was made intentionally ridiculous. :P
A great Mascot Mook.I should play The Suffering for this Halloween
Now that the Halloween season is officially upon us, I have a fun question for you all. What was THE scariest movie you ever watched?
I like to keep my audience riveted.
