A Hostile Show Takeover?! That's something you don't see every day!

That was cute. Wouldn't mind seeing something like that again.

   It's still Kai time! All day, every day! And as of right now, the day is NIGHT FOUR◊!   

•    Yaaaaaawn. More villains completely failing to be, you know, evil. Can't we have a little bloodshed for a change?   
•    A-ha, that's more like it! The goat thing is pressing some kind of giant button! Now I'm just gonna sit back and wait for the carnage to-   

(There is a vast sound. The last thing the camera picks up before it shatters is Kai yelling in terror as something enormous and metallic crashes through the roof of the host's box.)

(We cut back to the commentary booth, looking good as new. Leonard Sutton is there, also looking good as new. There isn't even a stitch in his shirt.)

Right, apologies for that little excursion. The Gamemakers aren't sure how Kai made it past their security, but they promise me they won't let something like that happen again. At any rate, Kai is dead now, as are - let me check - Clink, Villager, Hell Warden Emma and Holly. So, on with your regularly scheduled hosting!

• Horou takes a bath to wash off all the blood she's been coated in... but her wings are too wide to fit in the tub.
• No, Eevee, the lyrics to "Bohemian Rhapsody" are not "ee-vee vee eeee-veeeeeeeeeeee..."
• Malfoy might sound like he's being profound, but he's not. "You'll be free if you kill everyone else" is literally the most basic tenet of the Games.
• ...llama/turtle interspecies romance?
• Flandre still has enough power left to casually lift sixteen or so people at once.
• After their earlier defeat of their own Nominators, Simon turns on Diana, drill in hand, ready to counter any magic she may use. But not prepared to counter her other key asset - her connections. She calls on President Snow's personal bodyguards to gun Simon down.
• Well then - even Vanessa appears to be slipping out of her usual All-Loving Hero mindset. Have we unintentionally made this "Sanity Slippage Season"?
• As everyone else loses their marbles, Sidious has kept his, and he's building up an army worthy of the Evil Overlord he is.
• Nintendo boss soulmates!
• Klink climbs a tree by wedging the teeth of its gears into the bark. Tree bark isn't that sturdy, though. Eventually, a large chunk gives way and Klink plummets to its doom.
• Sphinx Pharoah's life was a mistake, and he has fixed it.

DAY FIVE◊

• Team Tanaka discover there's no SPARE option in Touhou. There's a RUN option, though! (aka quitting the game.)
• The Dongo-wrongo way to eat strawberries.
• Malfoy's never even seen a car in person, let alone washed one, and he can still tell the real experience would be better than this game.
• Vampires have little need for baked goods.
• The Evil Within in space... what'd that be? Dead Space, perhaps?
• In his rush to claim victory, Shen forgets the rules of a Gourmet Race and fails miserably.
• Picking pockets? My, my, Vanessa's moral standards really have slipped. And another of our less sound of mind tributes is getting in on it, too!
• Howie scours the trash for anything that might be of use.
• It's official, Snap has, well, snapped completely. Luckysoul Hoarder is, fittingly, collected in pieces.
• Tap-Tap Turns Red after a wandering bear inflicts sufficient damage to him.
• Just Thrivey.
• Darth Sidious has an army. Now, he needs tools to arm them with. He should've been more careful where he dropped that care package. His ambitions are cut short before they've really begun.

NIGHT FIVE◊

• The deranged, delusional Snap rants about his hatred of Sebastian. Sebastian returns the favour.
• Meanwhile, our other notably off-kilter tribute gifts Kazuya a robot. Kazuya just wonders what the hell was wrong with that disheveled-looking bird.
• Where'd he even learn that song? Has the Wizarding World been catching up with the memes of Mugglekind?
• But it's not Halloween. Or Christmas. Or an event that makes much sense.
• Flandre appreciates her new camp, styled as a Legend of Zelda dungeon.
• He's the current MM, Skrawl. If anything, you might want to take advice from him.
• Tap-Tap does not want to build a snowman.
• Eevee used Iron Tail! It's not very effective...
• Vanessa overwhelms Shen in single combat and, using her chain whip, throws the villainous peacock into the Arena forcefield. Somehow, Shen survives with only a few scorched feathers.
• Are we talking a normal lost episode, or a bullshit creepypasta lost episode? The distinction is important.

DAY SIX◊

• Diana pays a visit to... (rolls dice) 6k1's Database Library, apparently! This should be interesting...
• Flandre's been nerfed so badly, she has to steal her bullets from Shen's firearm shop.
• *Touhou bomb SFX*
• Dammit, even Dongorongo's now succumbing to this season's bad vibe.
• Speaking of this season's gallery of insanity, Snap can't even enjoy a bowl of spaghetti without being overcome by paranoia any more.
• Vanessa whiles the time away by getting into M.U.G.E.N.
• Crane goes on a long, delirious rant about how betrayed he felt when he discovered Po was a Gamemaker, and how terrible the Gamemakers are. I'm hearing things that suggest they haven't taken that well...
• Sixteen Chinese knockoffs for the price of one!
• Did the Chalkzone even have currency? Does Skrawl understand this odd shiny object he's been gifted?
• Malfoy drags Tap-Tap to his position with a powerful Summoning Charm. The spell took so much out of him, though, that he collapses the moment Tap-Tap is in front of him, allowing the walking spike ball to wander off.
• A certain VERY LOUD salesman gives Eevee some TMs.
• Joke warfare may be banned under the Geneva Convention, but the Arena cares not for such things. Sebastian spends his last moments wishing it did.
• ...uh. What.
• Ninja scorpion demon-summoning father!
• Howie's been involved in a lot of food-related events, hasn't he? Perhaps if the construction career hadn't worked out, he could have made a living as a chef.

NIGHT SIX◊

• '"What's with this sassy lost Pokemon?"
• Tap-Tap the Red Nose becomes Tap-Tap the Red, White and Blue Nose.
• Vanessa has been trained to outwit an opponent with a gun. She has no such training against an opponent piloting a Humungous Mecha, and is blasted to smithereens.
• Malfoy gets more lessons in Muggle technology... though I have my doubts his mentor is in any state to be much use.
• De-powered or not, Flandre is still a vampire. Which means she's perfectly willing to bleed four other tributes dry and sleep under a blanket of their dessicated flesh.
• Horou discovers a tape full of loud, frantic music unlike anything she'd hear back home. She gets into it. Way too into it.
• Twelve years on, this phrase is an incomprehensible as ever.
• Crane should really have kept to the air.
• The kind of dark magic that allows you to Colony Drop foes, I take it?

And now, the event that signals the approach of a season's end stages! It's time to devour your daily dose of death in THE FEAST◊!

• Diana combines Muggle confectionaries, blissfully unaware of how strange she'd look to any passing Muggles.
• Too many cooks spoil the broth, as they say. Sixteen cooks spoil it so bad, Hell itself takes umbrage.
• This event has no idea how correct it is. Snap's miserable time in the Arena is finally over.
• Thrivey blasts Tap-Tap with molten rebar until he's nothing but a puddle of slag himself.
• Eevee used Milk Drink! It's super effective!
• Dongorongo, Malfoy, Flandre and Howie all refuse to Feast.

DAY SEVEN◊

• Diana is Luna Nova Academy's star student. She's prepared for any spell you could throw at her. Except the one that crushes the target under a huge manta ray, apparently.
• "A Muggle and a being of pure filth? I fail to see the difference."
• You could have asked Kafka. Or Vanessa, or Eevee. But that chance has passed now, hasn't it?
• Wrong Zelda game again! Wolf Link is Twilight Princess's thing!
• Flandre tries some dicey tactics.

NIGHT SEVEN◊

• There are two questions here. One is how a turtle could play Rock-Paper-Scissors. The other is what kind of dark magic let Malfoy slaughter a creature made of stone using only a sheet of paper.
• Thrivey calls Flandre, begging her not to usurp his kill count.
• Howie's solution to people who take too long in the toilet: tear the port-a-potty apart with his bare hands.

DAY EIGHT◊

• Regretting skipping the Feast, a starving Flandre binge-eats herself into a coma.
• I mean... Malfoy disrespecting a Muggle is pretty in character, but when did Howie set this store up?
• Thrivey would suck at Undertale's pacifist route.

FALLEN TRIBUTES◊: Grinexx

NIGHT EIGHT◊

• Howie gets his revenge on Malfoy by using him as a hoverboard, somehow, while showing Flandre and Dongorongo what "bullet hell" looks like where he comes from.
• Thrivey leaves the Games to give Nominator Ten a hug, glad to have gotten the chance to get this far.

DAY NINE◊

• Why would you need a career built on memes? You have a job! One you love, at that!
• Exact Words ahoy!
• Apparently Malfoy flew last night by getting really, really drunk and losing track of what his spells were doing. Now it's the next morning, and he regrets it.

FALLEN TRIBUTES◊: Flandre, Dongorongo

NIGHT NINE◊

• Thrivey discovers capsules full of some sort of brain-controlling parasite, and uses them in an attempt to gain control of Malfoy. It looks like it's worked...
• Howie maps out the Arena, trying to figure out where the other two survivors might be. A change in headgear helps him with his cartography.

DAY TEN◊

• Nope, it didn't work after all, Malfoy was setting up a ruse. Thrivey escapes the sudden blast of spells, but only barely.
• Howie never does find out where those two are, because a poor choice of dinner ends his life anticlimatically. But hey, at least he made the podium!

FALLEN TRIBUTES◊: Howie

NIGHT TEN◊

• Malfoy catches up with Thrivey at last, and demands to know why the goat chose to try and afflict him with a terrible disease and not that filthy Muggle. Thrivey bluffs and misdirects and begs for his life and refuses to give a straight answer, until Malfoy gets so fed up that, with a flick of his wand and an "AVADA KEDAVRA!", Thrivey's life ends. Thus does Draco Malfoy become the champion of the one hundred and fourty-second season of the Hunger Games Simulation!
