Little Victories!

Bump. I’m having a homemade milkshake for the first time in years, and it tastes as great as I remember.

I've been very nervous about a certain coworker, because they have a very intimidating default facial expression, and a tendency to be very blunt when communicating (and usually mostly just to tell you when you did something wrong), but I've been making myself be more open to approach them when necessary, and today they came up to me to advise me about timetables in the coming month, and it was a good interaction and I didn't get anxious or get the feeling I was being scolded.

I have R—- PSTD and I'm getting back to the point where I can imagine goofy scenes. But I have to give them Edible Theme Naming nicknames.

Berry, Rice, Cake, Marange, Jam, Norie, Peta. Gotta think of one for the Bunny she's the other half of my rare pair.

I had kind of an awesome and relaxing moment today. I was lying down in my backyard, looking up at the clouds, and listening to the Ghost House theme from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

I don't know why, but I felt certain that that particular music would be perfect for looking at clouds. And then a big, gray cloud appeared, and it was so fitting. It didn't rain, so I just got to sit there, looking at this ominous cloud and vibing to ominous music.

No thanks to the unpredictable weather and how crowded the place might be as Halloween gets ever closer, it looks like I have another thing to add to my list of making the spring and summer of 2024 better than this year’s: going to Six Flags Great America.

I just went through and organized Nostalgic Music Box! I alphabetized the examples and commented out several zero-context examples. The Video Games folder was a nightmare to get through.

I thought of a couple new things to add to my list of fun things for next spring and summer. :) Well technically spring, since they both take place in May.

For the first one, on the fourth day of the month, I’m going to watch the movie that started it all: Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

For the second one, I already know what nice thing I’m going to do for Mother’s Day: spend a nice and fun week with my mom in her home and town in Missouri.

Made it to the bus stop in hot weather while suffering from period pain without dying!

I suppose I ought to have a bit more confidence in my music. Took a track for some expert feedback, and though they were not without notes, they were overall quite positive on it.

Well, I still don’t know what fun thing to do for the daytime part of my birthday yet. ^_^;; But I was thinking of finishing it with a fantastically amazing dinner at Benihana’s.

Yesterday, I ordered lunch at a restaurant all on my own albeit with money that my mom gave me. Ate some nice Katsudon and Miso Soup.

I made the name of the vampire Disney Princess I created, Sorinna, an autocomplete suggestion on my phone.

Went to the doctor today and was told that my health is quite good.

Thanks to the cool folks in the Toonami Thread, I now know how to unwind on Friday night after this week of work. I’m going to cook up a nice dinner and watch the Black Clover movie.

Got the rest of my Christmas shopping done.

I may be tired from yesterday and today, but I was able to think of another great show to watch during next year's Halloween season.

Another old favorite of mine: Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction.

On Tuesday, I won a pair of tickets to an upcoming NHL game!

Doing better at rehearsals lately - the last one before the show will be this Friday, and I'm excited to see how it goes!

Gave voices to two fanmade Servants (both Lancers, bc friend who created them loves Lancers): Jun'ichi Kanemaru as Sun Wukong (complete with Gratuitous English) and Kaito Ishikawa as Patroclus (basing this off his performance as Dimitri, leaning more towards good boi than savage boar).
