Okay anyway, hi guys. Honestly for Kkutwar's question of who will be interacting with who? I have no plans at all for Riku when it comes to the other characters.
Have some idea for like his interactions in general, and for story-arcs and points.

I can see it now: Four wannabe Magical Boyfriends competing with each other for our dear Protagonist, and Hilarity Ensues as she tries to avoid them whilst questioning how this happened. Then we discover each of the boys actually have a deep motivation, from the Forgotten First Meeting where she unwittingly prevented his suicide, to the Time Traveler who saw her become a bitter old woman.
So yeah, totally wanna make I Don't Want Magic Boys! a thing now. Regarding starting this: I want to give some time given all the interested individuals, and it would help to know what everyone intends to do at the opening.

Not in the academy itself, but the public sector has numerous facilities to profit off the tourist & local populations. However, there probably would be a pool within the academy, if only because of people who need water to maintain their health or to utilize their abilities (can't train Underwater Breathing on land).

Anyways, I'm curious how everyone's going to interact with each other. For some reason I can imagine Riku and Sora/Ventus trying to figure something out together and make a mess by accident. I'm most interested in Angel interacting with Sora/Ventus and if anyone is going to figure out her origins. I feel like Angel would figure out first or the fastest.
@Kkutwar: Opening? Well...it depends, mostly. If it's Sora/Ventus's first day at Adyta, then she'd be more focused on exploring and interacting with students, unless something serious comes up that she can help with.

Well to be fair, there'll be multiple female students as well: Temp Agnes, Amanda Neil, Faith Long, and Sophia Emmanuel- And they're just the ones I decided should definitely be students.
Though regarding the opening, I'll admit to thinking this would be everyone's first day as a proper Justice Forger student. So if everyone would prefer to start off just exploring & interacting with the world, do state so.

Yeah, but they're not part of the player cast. Unless you want to count them as your PCs.
I'd like it being the first day. Then have something dangerous show up in the middle of something. Like villain attacking a place nearby. Or worse, someone hijacking a part of Adyta and trapping some students, our player characters optional.

Well, pretty much all the characters have their little personal storylines tied to them- Like Temp Agnes wanting revenge on her father for messing up her mom, or Ryan Steele having "issues" for why he irrationally & illogically tries to dismiss everything magical as being science.
Regarding when this will start, some time after Christmas, as I'm guessing everyone's getting tied up in the holiday season. That, and I really need to know what everyone else wants regarding the first in-universe day.
Oh, and is everyone going to fill out their parts of the Forged for Justice character page? Speaking of which, is Sora's adopted sister suppose to be a full-fledged Justice Forger? I wasn't sure where to add her.

@Kkutwar: Okay I'm assuming you mean personality. Does this help? I'm putting it here as it's more appropriate and others can know about Gwen in case they want to know or interact with her as an NPC when the RP starts or something.
When people meet her normally, she's about as polite as you can be. She shakes your hand, bows her head and treats pretty much everyone with an honest respect, no matter what you are. Though that respect will quickly disappear if you show any signs of malevolence, like any true knight. She often refers to others with honorifics, until they become her friends. But she's accomodating, and if you request for her to stop it, she will, unless of course you want her to keep referring to you that way, in which she's just as happy to do as well.
She is an inherently gentle and kind person. She almost comes off as motherly with her soft spoken voice and careful and equally soft handling, along with her patience. She can wait through the worst of threats, tantrums and lulls in excitement, which helps with her diligence. She's very much compassionate, always willing to help however she can, whenever she can. She's also fine with just listening to other's problems, staying silent and answering only when spoken to directly or needed.
But don't confuse her kind behavior as meekness. As a knight, she is a warrior. If she is threatened, or anyone innocent near her, she will fight back. As a warrior, she dedicates herself to getting stronger and refining her skills, day by day, without stop. Though she's no brute, when combined with her compassion and how she often considers others' lives more important, she can get surprisingly reckless and stubborn. But, in part genetics and in part reading often, she is as strong as she is intelligent. She knows quite a lot on various subjects, but her expertise are on myths and legends, much like her parents, and stories.
As a friend, she is all of this and more. She will always stay by your side and is fiercely protective. Although she rarely gets mad, her temper is like the frigid cold. It's still, it's calm, but you know it's very, very dangerous. Thankfully, this doesn't happen often as she is quite the idealist, wanting to think the best of people and give them a chance. She is quite in touch with her emotions and herself and thus is rather perceptive, usually being able to when someone's being honest or not or what they're feeling. With her maturity, she handles any crushes she have quite well but she knows that they're just that. If she does end up truly loving someone, and not just some infatuation, she is surprisingly affection but is still pretty much the same old Gwen.

@Shoutmon: Huh, 'Col' would probably like her then, being someone who hates suffering strongly as well. It would help knowing how long she's been a Justice Forger by this point, and the full extent of her abilities. If there are specific Connections you want her to have with other Justice Forgers or individuals in general (like Authority Breakers or vigilantes for example), I'll happily help out.
@General: The same applies to everyone by the way- If there's a specific individual (or just a general idea to "google search" one up) you want your character to have knowledge of and/or a Connection, I'll happily do what I can.
@Vampire: Well, you could discuss possible interactions between Mark and the others for example. You could ask questions of me or the other players. It is also acceptable to create a "Fragmentary Passage" to expand on past events regarding your character and/or their Connections: For example there could be a Fragmentary Passage detailing the exact events behind Conchobar's Super-Empowering, how a child Angela had her mother's death explained to her, or even the full scenario behind Mark's mother giving him the family guns.

Sorry, I got carried away. Anyway, here are my story ideas for Conor's Day 1:
- Conor runs into his old crush, Shriya Chopra, who just so happens to also be starting at the academy. Like him, she's still working out the kinks of her hero identity, but unlike him, she doesn't have outright powers. Instead, she's a Batman-style vigilante, complete with gadgets all of her own design.
- This one's more of a background detail setting up for later, but I want to at least establish Conor's first villain: John Drummond, a sleazy CEO who inherited his dad's already-massive oil empire and has hidden designs for a future where his company pretty much rules the entire United States. For now, though, we don't know that. He'll just be mentioned in passing for something he said the day before.

@Kkutwar: Huh. Okay. Ahem, anyways, I was thinking she has been one for about two years since she graduated. I was thinking that, from what you suggested, she'd be an Inept Mage (making her an inept Magicyst, I guess?) that can't normally use magic but ever since she found her sword Caled, she can, mostly in the form of light shockwaves and slashes from Caled (think, for the "shockwaves", of Zero's saber from Mega Man X and Mega Man Zero, and Excalibur from Fate/stay night) in battle and outside of it, some healing magic but not as much as those proficient in it (she can't, say, heal near fatal wounds quickly enough to make them non fatal). She quickly discovered that Caled was a Nomi and thus treats him with respect and care (she even asks if he's okay after a fight). I was thinking that although she can't actually hear anything from Caled, she can feel it a bit seeing as he decided to let her wield him. Is that enough? As for her connections, I'll think about it. Also, what are Fragmentary Passages? Are they like short stories or drabbles about our characters?

Pretty much, as I have the Fragmentary Passage system set up for the sake of non-spoiler content that doesn't really fit in the roleplay proper. Though yeah, that's enough information for now regarding Gwen. Not really sure why she can't heal in battle though.
Regarding the roleplay's start, assuming the other two didn't silently quit, I'll start this up anywhere from today to the 29th. Seems like everyone would rather just spin what they do on the spot, so I'll provide some little segments of characters within the academy interacting to help set things up.

To summarize things for those who didn't read the Signups: Forged for Justice! is a Fantasy Kitchen Sink Like Reality, Unless Noted / Adventure-Friendly World version of Earth, with nearly any possible character concept being acceptable. Whilst the Manual helps flesh things out, don't be under the illusion it is restrictive: I tried designing things to be easily shaped into any direction, and I'll gladly help if you're having trouble executing your specific vision.
The story itself is also greatly episodic in nature, with multiple possible yet optional to pursue storylines: Much like any good comicbook universe, Forged for Justice! was designed to allow any number of events and tales to happen. I won't leave you hopelessly lost though, and I'll happily help you make an impact on the roleplay's world.
Overall, the basic core of FFJ is your character slowly but surely becoming a hero- Or perhaps falling into villainy. Either way, as the roleplay progresses the accomplishments of your character should increase as well, culminating in their graduation to Justice Forger or any number of other roles.
The following is pretty important though:
Ability Training: To be effective, one must know how to use their tools to the best of their ability, though each teacher has their own idea on that: 'Col' / Soul Surgeon who aims to see you master your abilities & skills both straightforwardly and creatively. Ralph Peterson & Vince Carson / Fused Instinct on the other hand, strives to teach students how to use their own or each others' abilities & skills together.
Combat Training: Whilst a perfect world wouldn't have violence or injury, a Justice Forger must be ready for anything. Exactly how and what a student is taught depends on their teacher however: The rather grumpy Stil / Raging Tiger is more focused on seeing the improvement of offensive ability, the stoic "big brother" Alexander Damien / Coil Electric who focuses on defensive ability, and finally the polite Lucifel / Eternal Light who teaches to analyze & use your surroundings.
Heroism Training: Though being powerful and skillful are great assets, they alone do not make a hero- And thus these classes are meant to test students on their valor, conviction, and judgement. The creational magitek mage Destiny Long / Life Engineer, for example, has her students strive to prove their ability to be lawful in any situation. The warrior of flames Infernus Knight on the other hand, seeks for her students to be heroic whenever possible. The mediator of life and death Ezekiel / Necro Corrector, however, wishes for his students to understand events to know what is right to do.
Bed & Bath: To satisfy these most basic needs, there are bedrooms that a student can claim with their ring until they're done with it, with the bedroom itself being modular to their wishes. The bathrooms tailor themselves to the needs of the individual who entered, allowing them to both dispose of waste or cleanse their body overall.
Cafeteria: Though fairly simple, the academy's cafeteria is a mostly automated process, providing sustenance that fulfills the student's dietary concerns. Whilst the students themselves don't have to pay for anything, foods or drinks that are legal copyright of a company means the Justice Forgers will have to pay them for it. Nonetheless, there's no real wait for food and drink.
Free Training Room: Here anyone can freely train however they want, from running programmed simulations to friendly spars or simply a safe place to experiment with their abilities & equipment. It is additionally possible to run lessons that couldn't be fitted into any of the classrooms proper, or complete/redo earlier lessons that were ran in the classes.
Holding Area: Normally not accessible by students, they're able to come here through the Nexus if they have brought a dangerous individual or item that needs to be locked up. The student, whilst not involuntarily removed, is prevented from accessing anything other than what's necessary for securing the danger and the nexus pad to return.
Teleporter Nexus: The primary way to navigate the Justice Forger academy, the Nexus also allows one with a JF or JF Student ring to travel to various locations across Earth. The Nexus also doubles as a hub room and lobby, with students being able to mingle about, access entertainment, or explore the city proper. Of note, the cafeteria and bathrooms can be accessed from the Nexus room directly.
The Discovered Storylines folder will gradually expand as new plots are found or created by the players, thus serving to acknowledge what has happened in the roleplay. Discovered Storylines don't have to be initiated or completed, though the core plot is the players trying to become heroes (or whatever they want): So ignoring these Storylines outright won't gain you much.
Overall, I wish to encourage player creativity and freedom, so I'll helpfully answer any questions or solutions for realizing your character intentions.
