Technically he's only been corrupted like... three times in canon (Twice in the original series, once in the manga/reboot anime). First time didn't even involve brainwashing, it was his own Drunk on the Dark Side problems. Second time he was possessed by something. Third time is this time, in which he's been corrupted/brainwashed by the big bad.
I think I've had four brainwashings happen to him...? In my roleplaying? Ack, I'm losing track.

There is definitely a chance of it, although there is no guarantee that it is the case.
Depending on which title it was, either he was turned into a PSY Qualia Zombie and brainwashed in the case of "Aichi Sendou - Corrupted Paladin", or in the case of my "Ryusei Sendou - Time Hollow" one, Ryusei's avoiding him like the plague to avoid a time paradox.

Out of universe that's why I chose it, because it means "no one" or some such thing. Thematically appropriate for his story.
Also, the title is a reference to Nightwish's "Nemo".
