One thing I've noticed is that for all how the page for They Might Be Giants claims them to be the unofficial official band of this wiki, there's relatively few people on this site who seem to ever reference them.

Doesn't the site search just use google as a backend? No reason to think that it wouldn't behave that much differently.

Based on the ideas or suggestions some people have regarding cleanup threads, it makes me think that they only see cleanup threads as CM and MB. In particular people won't stop suggesting we make EP threads for every problematic trope, even though the only reason such a model works for the other two threads is that they're popular and have a lot of specific criteria to discuss.

Plus with disambigs like that it's definitely more natural to just type VideoGame/{{Earthbound}} than to add the year onto it, since most people wouldn't even know it was disambiged like that at all. I get tripped up by pages like that all the time.

The MICT is a great and worthwhile addition, but it’s not perfect. I actually kind of miss the pic on Awesome.The Muppet Show. The scene is awesome in context (at least to me), and keep in mind this was decades before they were owned by the same company as Star Wars.

I wonder why so many old work pages used screenshots or character illustrations from the shows or movies they were talking about instead of official posters. I mean, I assume searching a promotional poster on the internet is easier than screenshoting a scene from the movie, right?

That makes sense, but still, Image Pickin threads for these images are so quick in finding posters that I wonder if there was a reason for the screenshots in the first place.
Character Roster Global Warming has got to be one of the most obtuse names I've seen so far.

Based on Quinton Reviews' videos, I think it was a combination of iCarly being aimed at adolescents who were just getting into shipping, and the promotion for the show actively baiting various ships. Why they're still concerned about it now, I haven't the foggiest idea
