Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

It doesn't even accomplish the job of giving the show more attention if the page doesn't link to the actual show at all, it just makes it look very random, which it is.

The same guy also made Uniqua and Tyrone Moose. I haven't looked at their other edits, but based on those, they have a serious ZCE issue too.

Better Than Source was launched at a net -2 hats, without resolving concerns that it's a rehash of Adaptation Displacement.

I've been pitching that sort of thing for a while; at the very least it would make people think more carefully about what deserves a hat and why.
I'm honestly curious: given that the mods are evidently aware of how broken TLP is, are there plans to do something about it in the near future, or is this a thing being saved for the TV Tropes 2.0 upgrade or something?

Experienced Mentor Powered Protege was rogue-launched. Looks like it hasn't been edited since the proposal was unlaunched back on Sept. 4.

SelfDemonstrating.Sean Rafferty was recently made and... it doesn't need to exist. There's nothing resembling a unique voice and the page was made for the explicit purpose of shilling the show and character
