I'll also add Dan Vs & Ugly Americans to my list, as well - for good reasons. I just hope Welcome To The Wayne can avoid this fate, more than anything.

Gonna second on Harvey Beaks (still waiting out on those last few episodes...). Always hear people praising the show, but it feels like the actual fanbase is really small.

As for myself, I'm thinking, off the top of my head, Season 1 of Jimmy Two-Shoes (Season 2, on the other hand, removed everything that made Season 1 good and took the flaws Up To Eleven) and Atomic Puppet (still disappointed it never got a second season because it was definitely showing improvement as it went on). Their fanbases pretty much consist of four people and a piece of shoestring.

Unlike other network companies, Nickelodeon seems stubborn to have their shows available on streaming media except for the ones they themselves own, and that only brings them down to a faster death to the point where i can't see anyone talking about Welcome to the Wayne anymore.

Being a proficient collector of animation on VHS I've come across tons of fun, obscure cartoons that deserve to be better known. Have you ever seen...

If you have consider yourself one of a pitiful few.

I watched the Casper cartoon too.

How obscure would Captain Simian and the SPAAAAACE MONKEYS! (sorry, I couldn't resist ^_^;;) be?

I saw a commercial for The Oz Kids once. I think it was at the start of my Charlotte's Web VHS.

Oh, it's great. Basically it's about a normal human who's friends with God, that God actually goes to for pointers and advice.

I love The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat. To this day I still think Thom Adcox-Hernandez is the best VA Felix has ever had.

I'll add these two Canadian cartoons to my list as well: Fangbone! and Atomic Puppet. Both shows needed more than one season and I just have more shite to fling verbally at Canadian animation practices (IN GENERAL) for not making either so happen in any way!

Both shows needed more than one season, because for what Canadian stuff usually is, both were actually really fucking good (although I'm of unpopular opinion that I like Fangbone! more, honestly.).

[up]Second! Not every Canadian cartoon is Johnny Test 2.0 (I will acknowledge a lot of them are, but US networks like to show those ones more for some reason), but Canadian kids' networks treat all their shows worse than Nick treats any show that isn't the next Spongebob. Atomic Puppet and Fangbone are good examples of that.

Also I will have to mention Atomic Puppet again because it really is that great. The early episodes are a bit on the weak side more often that not, but the character development (especially from AP) and writing improvements (for the most part; but it's mostly just little things) really show when you see the later episodes. The animation is not made cheap Flash for once, so it actually looks good (some of the backgrounds are amazing). Besides, I wanna see more fanart of the show beyond R34 of Pauline and yaoi of Joey.

Now admittedly I've only seen one episode of Fangbone! but I enjoyed it and found I actually liked the similarities to Star vs FOE that a lot of people shit on it for. Besides, it was based on a book series made before Star came out, so the similarities are a coincidence.

Thanks to the back of the boxes on the Lady Lovelylocks dolls I was able to give Maiden Mistycurls and Maiden Goldenwaves some tropes XD It's hard being a toyline character that's not in the show, as well as vice versa.

[up][up] Unpopular opinion (aside): where Star Vs. (quite unfortunately) bores AND annoys the crap outta me (overall) - hence why I never comment on it here and have yet to say anything positive about it as of late compared to other cartoons I enjoy far more, Fangbone! gets a lot of stuff right that makes me sorry it didn't last longer.

Also, hearing people shit on Fangbone! when it came out before Star Vs. as well as having the two share similarities to each other??? Sounds rather sad and annoying to me that people will label anything a ripoff now for the most shallow, stupidest of, and most baseless (yes, all 3) of reasons, honestly - I can understand if a show is legit bad... However, I feel that that's not the case here (despite any/all criticisms I may have, myself.); this is just failure to give something different a chance, IMHO. Then again, I expected nothing less from 4chan/8chan, again - IMHO.

Sorry for rambling on - it just felt good getting my anger/other emotional stresses out, I admit.

Probably Mighty Magiswords, Infinity Train, and Star vs The Forces of Evil, if that counts.

Actually, there was some cartoon about two brothers, and one of them was like a purple creature of some kind, and it was so obscure I can't even remember the name of it.

There was also Class of 3000 back on CN during the "weird years" between Out of Jimmy's Head but before Adventure Time.

I used to like this cartoon that'd air on Nickelodeon early in the morning - I think the main character's name was Regina or something, and her entire world was made out of like newspaper clippings.

[up] Personally wouldn't consider Star vs FOE that obscure, but for the show about the purple fellow, I believe you're thinking of The Cramp Twins. Intro here.

Not sure if anybody would mention this, but I really like The Ghostbusters . . . not the Real Ghostbusters made by Di C, the True Ghostbusters made by Filmation.

I kind of enjoy it for being a lot more weirder in its premise and face off a recurring set of horror themed monsters who are also ghosts. Plus I feel the series could actually work in today’s time as a parody to paranormal shows and Creepypasta, seeing how the main villain they face is a vengeful spirit from the future who wants the Ghostbusters dead because of what their fathers did to it years ago.

Also, they have a super smart gorilla. What’s more to like?

Hmm, Danny Phantom. What, title asks for most obscure, not generally obscure.

Fine, how about The Secret Saturdays and El Tigre? These shows were awesome.

Oh, hey. 200 posts. Neat.
