Mimir does so, lifting the bottles up with psychic energy.

Morgan: <D-damnit! I can't drink all of them at once!>
she curses, trying her best to drink what she can. However, her straw technique is too slow. However, Desmond crosses his arms. He begins to laugh, long and loud.
Desmond: Who cares if the bottles are floating! Morgan, believe in yourself! If you can't, believe in me! Believe in the Desmond that believes in you! Now, let's make sure to drink it all at once! SACRED SWORD!
Morgan is shocked silent, but nods, laughing.
Morgan: Very well, Master! I am your sword!
she growls, beginning to charge her Wave-Motion Blade. She aims it towards the floating bottles.
Morgan: Vortigern, Hammer of the Vile King, reverse the rising sun. Swallow the light, Excalibur Morgan!
she screams, as the giant blade slices all the milk bottles at once. The milk begins to fall, and Desmond begins running around with his mouth open to catch as much as he can, while Morgan begins trying to catch drops on her appendage.

As Atrin sees Desmond doing this, he screams in outrage as he is blown over by a wind that seems to come out of nowhere!
Atrin: How is it that a FOOL was able to defeat me! Know this, Desmond. I shall be reborn, and every descendant you have will lose a milk drinking contest to my spirit. So says Atrin.

Desmond falls down, exhausted. Morgan floats down to him, and he cradles his partner.
Desmond: Hey... we did well... didn't we?
he coughs, while Morgan's eye widens.
Morgan: No! Come on Desmond, you need to wake up! You can't let the curse beat you!
Desmond: Ah... it's been a good fight. Now... I rest...
his hand flops down. Morgan, tears falling down, lets out a screeching Metal Sound.
Morgan: <NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!>
[[Mood Whiplash Desmond then starts snoring lightly.]] Morgan facepalms.

Chiyo: What's Tagg's story with Cipher?
Crochet: <I think that's something he'd probably want to tell you himself, but it relates to what happened. The main guy, he's like to Tagg what that Dr. No Heart guy is to you.>

Dr. Valdés: Such things with rhythm. It's not unheard of as a principle, though usually its contexts were natural in origin and are accidental at most. Like people marching lock-step in bridges. But this is certainly the first time I've seen it used to alter and control behavior directly, and I certainly never expected to use music to initiate it.
Dr. Circhester: And since we're in the subject of sharing videos, I trust that the video of Tenor's work should be evidence enough.
Dr. Valdés: Cassander, if what you're saying is truly applicable, we're looking at something that could change the way we manage this organization if it applies as broadly as you believe it can be.
Dr. Circhester: One does admit that it's certainly worth examining thoroughly to see the full range of applications. We've got enough data to believe it can be used for crowd control during emergency situations. Now we'll see if we could use it as a tool for synergy.
He turns to Mr. Tenor.
Dr. Circhester: Consider this a path to a promotion, Mr. Tenor. Your work with these new schoolchildren are a path to advancement should you succeed in doing so.
The look on Dr. Valdés' face indicated cautious optimism. Although he remained somewhat skeptical of the claims, he was more than satisfied with Tenor's theoretical background.
Dr. Valdés: Follow me. Perhaps a few more introductions are in order.
He directed the three to a private elevator, then released a male Indeedee, who proceeded to pick up a tray cart.
Dr. Valdés: Sancho will take care of bringing your light snacks with us.
Dr. Circhester: Your new pupils await, Mr. Tenor.

Orchard walks up to Atrin, a bit wobbly, as if she had a bit too much milk. Atrin recalls her.

Desmond sighs sympathetically towards Orchard and pats the Appletun on the head. However, at Kris' proclamation, he and Morgan share a glance and immediately dash towards Kris, stopping from a full-on collision by a few inches.

he lets in a breath. Morgan pats him on the back as he coughs after that sudden burst of excitement, and, with a wheezing voice, Desmond translates for Morgan:

...Y'know I definitely expected the agency thing but that's right, they did write Dactyl out. Will definitely make sure that gets heard.
But speaking of... y'know, I don't think I've talked with Dactyl much that wasn't just talking with you. Which makes sense since you're a package deal, but...

Kris: As I said, born with them. More specifically, I can use my psychic powers to create things like this sword, or barriers.
They demonstrate by summoning a small barrier in front of them.

Desmond and Morgan nearly spit out their milk at this tactic, and they let out a combined gasp.
Desmond: You FIEND! This is unforgivable!
he roars, but you can see from his face that he doesn't mean it, and is actually quite enjoying this. Morgan on her part is furiously trying to drink faster despite the Trick Room.
Morgan: <Alright then! If we're allowed to use moves... Let's use Metal Sound. >
she then lets out a piercing screech, rather like metal on chalk. Several of Atrin and Orchard's bottles explode before he can drink them (before they picked them up, so as not to hurt them.), but several of Desmond and Morgan's blow up as well.
Desmond: BY ARCEUS, MORGAN WE WASTED SO MUCH MIIIIIILLLKK!
he screams futilely, Milking the Giant Cow as he grabs the rest of the bottles, still slowed.
