Physical Description: Omicron is a tall, caucasian, man,around 6'4. He has dark brown hair. He looks to be around twenty. His nose is flat at broad. His eyes are bright green.
Powers:Omicron can absord and release kinetic energy. If he touches a speeding car, it will slow down. He can release stored kinetic energy as bursts of superhuman speed, blasts of energy, or brief feats of super strength.
Skills: Omicron is skilled with diplomacy, more willing to talk down threats than fight them. However, if need be, he is trained in Kung-Fu and karate.
Personality: Omicron is a sly manipulator, though never one to interfere in ongoing events too far. He sees everyone as a pawn in his massive game of chess.

Alias: Deaf Metal (or Death Metal in Japanese, as the pun doesn't work in that language).
Alignment: Lawful Evil (second type).
City: Tokyo
Powers: Manipulation of sound, Super-Strength, voice mimicry (to the point where he can imitate almost anything with his voice).
Skills: A decent gunman and a skilled fighter with knives or his bare hands, he uses a self-designed style of attack rather than any specific one.
Appearance: A tall, heavily muscled, tatooed man with black hair, a short beard, and a constant scowl. Constantly wearing sunglasses and wearing a set of headphones.
Origin: Born with his powers. Deaf Metal is the head of a gang of superpowered criminals known as the Concrete Dragons. The Dragons dominate the criminal underworld in this part of Tokyo and have very clear ties to certain groups of Yakuza.
Personality: Deaf Metal takes great pride in his gang and his own personal honour. Those who cross him or impinge his honour tend not to live for very long. He is intelligent and calculating, but has a hair-trigger temper, prone to fits of sudden anger and violence.

- Physical Description: Tallish woman, very Jewish looking, dark brown hair is normally kept in a tight ponytail. She doesn't care much for her appearance. Doesn't really have a costume since she's more of a hands off player in the super world[[hottop:*:Like that's going to last]], but when she does need to, it's normally black jeans, grey shirt with a butterfly on it and a coat of some kind.
- Powers: Technopath and golem creator.
- Skills: Very good with technology even without her powers, intermediate-to-proficient at Krav Maga
- Personality: Quite mercentile, though after a certain amount of business or a sufficiently large favour, she treats herself as indebted forever. Fairly down to earth, and a little anti-social.
- Name: Maxwell Killerman
- Alias: Hardlight (open to suggestions)
- City: New York
- Alignment: Neutral Good, tries his best to stay within the law but is willing to break it.
- Physical Description: Lanky 25yo, caucasian, messy dirty blond hair and blue eyes. Costume is fairly traditional spandex, though Max has put slightly moulded bulletproofing under it (he isn't Made of Iron). Dark blue with yellow accent lines. He projects a hardlight cape when he has the mental space to do so.
- Powers: Hard Light projections (comes with Not Quite Flight) and Intangiblity
- Skills: Nothing out of the ordinary really.
- Personality: Basically a really nice Everyman, heart of gold, not that smart kind of thing.
- Name: Hiashi Hamamoto
- Alias: Technocool
- City: Tokyo
- Alignment: Selfish Chaotic Evil (chaos is his prefered method of getting what he wants)
- Physical Description: Takes great pains to keep is appearance a secret. Yet we the forum gods can tell he's short, not-quite-tubby-but-definitely-soft and Japanese. Maintains his air of dangerous villany with his exo-suit. Not very bulky, makes him a foot taller and has a range of small devices installed in it. Most notably some Combat Tentacles he
stole fromwas inspired to create by The Octopus. - Powers: At the base of his superpowers is Awesomeness by Analysis which expresses itself as Combat Clairvoyance and the success of his mad engineering projects.
- Skills: He's awesome at Super Mario Bros.
- Personality: Immature teenager who can get whatever he wants by either stealing, buying, or occasionally making it. Deeply bound by instant gratification and a small superiority complex.
The three have standing relations. On the web (and to an even greater degree in real life) Hiashi is Rachael's Unknown Rival. Rachael often provides Voice with an Internet Connection support to Max for saving her life that one time. As such there's a chance I'll reference her in all three threads.
I'm going to say that any character in any city can try and contact eMet for work. Wether she responds is up to her. Though her contact details are somewhat secret/word of mouth. Googling "eMet technopath solutions" is not going to get you anywhere.

Okay, my character for London:
Name: Jordan Cartwright
Alias: The Magician
Alignment: Chaotic Good.
Appearance: A thirty-something man wearing a battered black top-hat, waistcoat, trousers and cape. Constantly looks slightly dishevelled. Has black hair and a goatee.
Powers: The Magician can bend reality in a small pocket around his person. He can carry an impossible number of objects on his person in places where he should not be able to. In addition, he never runs out of weapons, simply able to produce more from under his cape. He can warp his body through spaces that would otherwise be impossible even for a trained contortionist, and can even teleport infrequently (although the puff of smoke he leaves behind is mere theatrics). Finally, he can heal wounds like gunshots and stab wounds (as long as he is conscious and has enough time to use his power before he dies or passes out) by warping his body structure. The process cannot be used frequently or quickly, however.
Skills: An expert liar, Jordan is also adept at acting and disguising himself. He's a very good shot with a throwing knife, as well.
Backstory: Jordan was, appropriately enough, the son of a famous stage magician who it was later discovered was able to perform his amazing magic tricks through use of the same power Jordan has. Jordan inherited the power, and decided to use his abilities for the benefit of the public.
Personality: Jordan is amiable and confident. He does possess a streak of showmanship that wins out far more than pragmatism.

Physical Description: 16, Light brown, kinda-shaggy hair. He wears glasses, but only because he thinks they make him look smarter; he doesn't actually need them. Shorter than average, REALLY sensitive about it. Scrawny. I'll link to a sketch eventually (once I draw it).
Powers: 1) The ability to shrink. He can grow back to normal size, but he can't get bigger. 2) Retaining his normal strength and speed when in small form. 3) Lightning hands. Touch attack only.
Skills: Relatively tech-savvy and competent at combat.
Origin Story (optional): I'll think of one later...
Personality: Kind of cowardly, but only enough that he can claim it's just common sense. A little bit of a skeptic in that he's not really up for senselessly risking his life. Kind of a ReluctantWarrior. A tad stuck-up.

Alignment: Chaotic Good
Physical Description: 18, Tall, and well-muscled from training. Coal-black hair and blue eyes, has a gray hoodie that he wears when he doesn't have his costume to kick ass. Keeps on his person in a (bag-of-holding-esque) belt a wide array of weaponry and gadgets.
Powers: 1) The ability to alter his personal gravity at will, making it so he can fall like a feather or hit the ground like a boulder. 2) Superhuman endurance, which allows him to deal with such fall damage. 3) Superhuman (or at least well above-average) strength and speed. He won't be knocking over any cars, but his shots can break bones.
Skills: Very highly trained with martial arts and all manners of weaponry. Has quite a bit of gadgetry at his disposal.
Origin Story (optional): He was part of a secret training program initiated by a group of scientists, including his parents, initiated to create supers. He had some gifts to begin with, hereditary, but he did lots of training in a gravity chamber to increase his strength. They sent him to new york for a test run.
Personality: Cocky. Very confident. He doesn't take it well when his ability doesn't match up to his confidence. Takes his job as a whole seriously, but very much enjoys wisecracking during fights. He's always got a little smirk on his face. Doesn't take weakness well, from himself or his allies.

Okay, considering Test Your Might hasn't posted at all, anywhere, for most of the month and left no indication of his absence or his chances of returning, I think we need to operate under the belief that he is gone for good, at least at the moment.
If no-one minds, I'd be happy to take over as GM (in which case I'd accept everyone still pending an answer). Any objections?

As something for your London character to do, I give you my latest villain:
Name: The Cowled Man, or Cowl.
City: London
Alignment: True Neutral
Physical Description: A tall, strong-looking man wearing a simple white hooded robe. Underneath the hood is a old, worn face, slightly balding, with grey hair.
Powers: 1- Green Thumb. 2- Voluntary Shapeshifting: Cowl can change his own form. Usually, he takes on a monstrous, warped appearance when he attacks. His skin turns to wood, antlers sprout from his forehead, eagle's wings sprout from his back, and his hands turn into gnarled wooden claws, capable of wielding lashing tendrils of plant matter. 3- Purify: Cowl can purify or destroy anything 'tainted' by man-made materials or pollution by touch. It takes far more concentration to purify large areas and objects.
Skills: Cowl is a skilled survivalist, and is incredibly physically fit.
Backstory: Little is known about Cowl's origins. It is possible even he does not know. Rumours say he was abandoned in a forest at some point in history, and moulded by the ancient woodland into a barely-human force of nature devoted to preserving the wilderness at any cost. Now, the Cowled Man has been unleashed upon the world, and is set on one thing: the purification of the world by way of erasing human technology and pollution from it's surface.
Personality: The Cowled Man is pious and devout to his cause. He is stern and betrays little emotion in his actions, but his slowly-simmering rage is unmatched when allowed to boil over.

Oh, of course! I just didn't want to submit everything only to find out you were full and couldn't handle another player, or that the RP was dead.

•Name: Stephen Stewart
•Alias: "Incarceration"
•City: New York
•Alignment: Lawful Evil
•Physical Description: Average height and build, vibrant green eyes, black hair, always wearing a suit and tie, black wire-frame glasses.
•Powers: Inhuman senses, Mind Manipulation, blinding speed
•Skills: Extremely skilled (understatement) with firearms, extremely intelligent, does in fact know kung-foo, able to tell easily when someone is lieing, and is able to lie very well, as well as persuading his newest victim that what they want isn't what they want, it's what he wants.
•Origin Story: Even from a young age, he knew his past. He wanted to be a district attorney. He studied very hard, and passed every exam with flying colors. However, being the smartest kid, he of course was singled out. He saw their insults for what they were. They were jealous of him, and in their spite sought to tear him down. That belief stuck with him through his entire life thus far. He has immense resources, which is actually one of the things that keeps him from trying to find someone to love, and perhaps marry. He won't ever try, because he knows that most of them will just want his money. So, he's a very lonely man.
His powers developed as a result of trying to use the parts of the mind most humans never tap into. He first noticed it when he told his mother to "drop it," after a pointless argument. To his surprise, she did. He has since learned to do it consciously, which has served him well in courtrooms. Useing that part of the brain had other benefits, as well. His senses sharpened , making him nearly impossible to surprise. He speed, however, he has no explanation for. He just knows that he has it, and that's good enough for him.
As a district attorney, he makes a habit of proving the wrong person guilty. Mafia crime bosses are on a first name basis with him. He makes certain they and their "family" don't go to jail, and they pay him and "bump" anyone who gets too nosy.
•Personality: Absolutely ruthless in the courtroom, and affably evil everywhere else. He is polite and cordial in conversation, but always mentaly searching for anything that he might be able to use against the person.

In other words, he's not the type of villain who goes out and takes whatever he wants by force. He's the type of villain who uses you in his plan without you even knowing, who smothers you with the money you just sold your soul for.
The worst part is, he views all this as being acceptable and needed.
