Vanessa Marie Pareja, better known online as Vannamelon or simply Vanna for short, born August 31, 1995, is an online voice actress, singer, and impressionist who is known for her bubbly, energetic personality and her love of watermelons.

Vanna's channel started with My Little Pony comic dubs, but it wouldn't be until she uploaded her first In-Character Let's Play video as Fluttershy from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic in November 2014 where she started getting traction. She would eventually start doing gaming videos portraying other fictional characters, such as Isabelle from Animal Crossing and Monika from Doki Doki Literature Club!.

• Accidental Misnaming: Became a Running Gag of Fluttershy being called "Fluttershee" after Siri accidentally called her that.
• Aroused by Their Voice: In Vanna's Smash or Pass tier list video on The Amazing Digital Circus, she initially puts Zooble near the bottom of the list due to their weird design, only to then immediately move them all the way to the top once she hears their voice:
  Vanna: That character had a hot voice!
• Berserk Button: In "Fluttershy Plays Bubsy," Bubsy saying "Is it Taco Tuesday yet?" becomes this for her, so much so that she winds up displaying a counter for every time the line is said.
• The Bus Came Back: In her "FLUTTERCHAN MEETS CLASSIC FLUTTERSHY | 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS SPECIAL" video, not only does Flutterchan go back in time to meet Classic Fluttershy, but she also takes her back to present and eventually hires her back onto the channel after Flutterchan took her place. Doubles as Heartwarming as the video serves as a trip down memory lane. Revisiting many games Fluttershy has played in the past, such as Five Nights at Freddy's, Doki Doki Literature Club!, Cuphead, Baldi's Basics In Education & Learning, Super Smash Bros., and even having Classic Fluttershy's old facecam returning, which is later switched to her newer one later on. All of these factors coming together to create a heartwarming tenth anniversary special for her channel.
• Character Catchphrase:
  • "Hey, you melonheads and fruity goodness. This is Vanna." used at the beginning of her updates.
  • "Thank you so much. Woo-hoo." as Fluttershy at the end of each Fluttershy Plays video.
• Elongating Arm Gag: In "DOKI DOKI LITERATURE CLUB BUT ITS A DISNEY CHANNEL CARTOON", Jeffrey tries to push Monika away and his arm extends to do so, but she just grabs and pulls it back to herself.
• Emasculated Cuckold: Most of "ISABELLE INTERVIEWS ANKHA (ft. ChocoVania!)" features Isabelle asking spiteful interview questions to Ankha after catching her having sex with the Mayor, whom she was in a relationship with, while Ankha deadpannedly boasts about her taking Isabelle's man.
  Isabelle: Question seven, your catchphrase is, "me meow"? Ew! Explain.
  Ankha: Yeah, well, your catchphrase is, "I can't look away! I can't look away!" After you saw me with your man.

• Emergency Transformation: Following YouTube's COPPA debacle in 2019, Monika transforms Fluttershy into "Flutterchan" — a human girl with large breasts — to make it clear that the channel's videos are not meant for children and therefore avoid violations. Monika also edits the thumbnails of several older videos featuring Fluttershy, such as the Cleverbot and Weird Pony Games videos.
• Formula-Breaking Episode: While Vanna's videos mostly consist of Fluttershy playing, on November 22, 2019, she uploaded a video called "BOWSETTE GOOGLES HERSELF", featuring the dead meme. The video contained a lot of swearing, in contrast to her other videos where it's completely swearing-free.
• Evil Counterpart: Her "spooky wooky kooky sour clone" named "Mini Lemon" was introduced during the 2016 Halloween season. In her first appearance, she kidnaps Mini Melon and takes over her channel. During her reign, the characters Vanna voices say "Hey, you lemonheads and soury badness" at the beginning of videos to contrast with Mini Melon's "Hey, you melonheads and fruity goodness" Character Catchphrase. She intended to take over Mini Melon's channel permanently after killing her, but Mini Melon managed to deflect her shot of Sour Patch Kids back at her in the Halloween 2016 video. Not that it has stopped Vannalemon (or Mini Lemon, as she's now called) to resurrect more than once.
• Genki Girl: Vanna acts like this in many of her videos by always sounding positive, thanking her fans for their support countless times, and generally seeming like a fun person to be around.
• Hostile Show Takeover:
  • For the 2016 Halloween season, her channel was taken over by "Mini Lemon", a yellow-colored "sour" version of Mini Melon who likes lemons instead of melons. This culminates in her Villain Song "Spooky Mini Lemon", where she gets killed by Mini Melon deflecting her Sour Patch Kids gun blast back at her. She came back in 2017 and might have come back wrong, as the new channel description says something along the lines of, "I'm not a Lemon or a Melon anymore."
  • Vannalemon was taken over by an entity called The Red One during the third week of 2018.
  • By 2019, Mini Melon was getting more and more tired and exhausted of her takeovers. On Halloween of 2019, Melon battled with Mini Lemon, saying to her that all of the Halloween takeovers of past years was because of Lemon. They continued to fight until The Red One appears between them, completely dissolving their demon powers.
• In-Character Let's Play: She has a series in which she plays various games as Fluttershy.
• Laser-Guided Karma: After deleting Yuri from the channel, Monkia herself gets deleted from the channel in Monika VS Monika A.I. by another Monika, and is replaced by her AI counterpart.
• Loss of Identity: Flutterchan gradually deals with this post-transformation, becoming more assertive and snarky, and never mentioning anything related to My Little Pony (which is enforced by Monika). When she's reunited with her 2014 pony self, she has no idea who Celestia is and can't remember the Elements of Harmony. It reaches its peak when it's shown that 2014 Fluttershy can talk to Isabelle, but Flutterchan can't, having forgotten that she can talk to animals, one of Fluttershy's most well-known traits.
• Mascot: Vanna has a watermelon-based character named Mini Melon that appears throughout her social media.
• Naked Apron: The thumbnail◊ for her Bonnie's Bakery video has Vanna wearing an apron, but is completely naked from her neck down to her feet otherwise.
• Running Gag:
  • "Fluttershee." In her video "Fluttershy and Siri Have A Conversation," Siri constantly mispronounces her name as "Fluttershee," which got quite a big reaction from her fans. This has come up a few times in Vanna's videos since then: in the first "Fluttershy Plays Weird Pony Games," a Lawyer-Friendly Cameo version of Fluttershy in one game is deemed by her to be Fluttershee, and a later video similar to the Siri one, but with Cleverbot Evie, also has Evie calling her "Fluttershee." At the beginning of some Fluttershy Plays episodes, she's even introduced herself as Fluttershee.
  • In her VR Chat video, there's one of her boyfriend getting her to say "Maui called, he wants his tattoos back."
• Technicolor Eyes: Vanna's My Little Pony OC has one green eye and one red eye to go with her love of watermelons.
• Trademark Favorite Food: Watermelons, of course, so much so that she even has a watermelon bikini which has been depicted on her avatar.
• Unusual Euphemism: Rainbow Dash plays Geometry Dash has a few, such as peanut butter on a Tuesday.
• Wham Episode "YURI'S FINAL VIDEO." Yuri was never meant to join the channel's cast in 2020, Monika was. And even if Yuri had been chosen, her severe anxiety would have kept her from making content. Yuri's entire "career" on the channel was Monika using her as a proxy to get experience for her own debut, while also editing her stats to lower her anxiety. The video ends with Monika deleting Yuri from the channel, with the implication that she plans to take over the entire channel completely.
• Villain Song: "Spooky Mini Lemon" has Mini Melon's Evil Counterpart, Mini Lemon, singing about who she is and how she wants to take over the former's channel and rule the melon throne.
• "The Villain Sucks" Song: "You've Had Your Fun!" sung by Skye Rocket, where he calls Mini Lemon just a "silly clone" and demands her to stop messing with Mini Melon.
