- Daisuke Kishio, who normally voices Rumba, also voices Chacha when she transforms into the dog.
- Ai Kakuma gives voice to both Kirara and "Dark Kirara", which is justified, as "Dark Kirara" is basically the younger self of Kirara created by her subconscious.
- In addition of providing the voice of the narration of the series, Rikiya Koyama gets to voice the train driver who helps Retto and Kirara to find the latter's hairpin in the 10th episode.
- English version:
- Marissa Lenti provides the voices of the Queen, KiseiChuu X, Minyarin, and Haruka.
- Chris Guerrero voices Rumba and the narrator.
- Japanese version:
- All-Star Cast: The main Japanese cast is voiced by well-known big names of the industry, with a solid secondary voice cast too. This is taken Up to Eleven with the Censor Bugs, who are voiced by famous voice actresses.
- Creator's Oddball: BURNOUT SYNDROMES, a band known for performing the themes for shonen anime of the likes of Gintama, Haikyuu!! or Dr. Stone, performed the opening theme (along with Retto's Japanese voice actor Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) of Super HxEros, an action ecchi anime that parodies Tokusatsu series. It seems they were aware of this, as they are credited as HXEROS SYNDROMES.
- Crossdressing Voices:
- While Chacha is voiced by a female voice actress (Nichika Omori), she spends most of the time transformed into Rumba, who is voiced by Daisuke Kishio. Since Chacha also imitates the voice of those she transforms into, she ends talking with male, though very high pitched, voice.
- Touma, the sole male member of the Tokyo HxEros team is voiced by Ayaka Ohashi, fitting as he himself looks like a girl.
- Real-Life Relative: The English voice actors for Retto and Kirara (Matt Shipman and Brittany Lauda, respectively) are married in real life.
- Relationship Voice Actor:
- Once again, both Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Ai Kayano star together in an anime, though Kayano doesn't plays the main heroine this time.
- ShimiChuu, KaikoChuu, NamaChuu, RiaChuu, Jo, and the narrator are Saber, Rin, Sakura, Rider, Assassin, and Kiritsugu, respectively. Add NyotaikaChuu to the mix and you have Bazett as well.
- Both Kirara and HakkouChuu voiced Lenalee Lee (the former in the second anime and the latter in the first one). In addition, Jo, Rumba, JikoChuu, and GitaiChuu were Bak Chang, Link, Chomesuke, and Miranda in the old anime, while KeikaiChuu and KaikoChuu were Emilia and General Klaud in the newer one.
