When Jonesy runs a dating site scam, Nikki accuses him of having no shame. This leads Jonesy to divulge the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to him, which results in all of the friends revealing their most shameful moments. Caitlin then blabs their secrets to her boyfriend, and things go horribly wrong when he is invited onstage by a hypnotist.

Airdate: December 14th, 2005

Tropes:

  • Blatant Lies: After the gang tell each other their most personal embarrassing moments, Caitlin makes them all swear never to tell any of what they heard to anyone else. On her date with Dustin, she goes and tells him all her friends' embarrassing moments just to have something to chat about. When he asks about hers, she flatly states that "she forgot".
  • Bittersweet Ending: While Caitlin is made a laughing stock after the entire mall sees the video of her most embarrassing moment and Dustin breaks up with her because of that, but the rest of the gang forgives Caitlin.
  • Cannot Keep a Secret: Caitlin spills all of her friends’ secrets to her boyfriend - leaving out her own, of course.
  • Dating Service Disaster: Jonesy becomes the admin for Cyberlove, an online dating site. Being the High-School Hustler that he is, Jonesy kept all the profiles of girls he thought were hot for himself and used a different persona for each of them as he tried to date them all at once. Of course, they found out and they all called off their dates with him. Additionally, he also lost his job as admin of the site.
  • Didn't Think This Through: Jonesy never considered the possibility that the girls he went on dates with might he see him again recognize him, even without his disguises. On his last date he finally gets caught, and the girls chase and demand their money.
  • Embarrassment Plot: The gang tell each other their most embarrassing moments. They are:
    • Nikki once ran head first into a stop sign in front of the whole school.
    • Wyatt built a Stalker Shrine to Serena in his bedroom and still hasn't taken it down even after they broke up.
    • Jen once sat on a chocolate bar, in white pants, and then walked around looking like she's got a poop stain on her pants.
    • Jude threw up in Star's mouth, on their first kiss.
    • Jonesy once went to a hair salon and got a perm (Or as he called it, a "body wave")
    • While at the beach one time, Caitlin got a piece of toilet paper stuck in her bikini bottom after coming out of the bathroom.
  • Enemy Mine: The gang teams up with Tricia in order to get revenge on Caitlin for revealing their secrets, something Tricia is kindly willing to do for the former if just to get the one on Caitlin.
  • Everyone Has Standards: When a hypnotized Dustin reveals Jude and Star's secret, the crowd's shown to be shocked and grossed out rather than laughing like the other secrets.
  • Hypocritical Heartwarming: After Caitlin makes a speech to about how being embarrassed isn’t as bad as her friends make it, in effort to stop them from emailing the video of her most embarrassing moment to everyone at school, she does herself after realizing it would be the best way to earn her friends forgiveness.
  • Hypocritical Humor: After Darth and and Julie make fun of Jude and Nikki's most embarrassing, then the latter tries to go after them, Jen tells her ignore them, until Julie calls her "Chocolate Butt" which provokes Jen to want her.
  • Hypocrite: Caitlin was the one who made everyone swear not to tell their embarrassing secrets to anyone, but she tells them to Dustin, her boyfriend of the week, on the basis they "don't keep secrets from each other" (all while purposely hiding her own secret from him). She gets angry when they get revenge by showing her secret to Dustin, then plan to spread it, stating that "friends don't spread personal secrets to others". They don't accept it.
  • Hypno Fool: Dustin gets hypnotized by Zargon to act like the host of a gossip show and he does it so well that he ends up spilling all of the group’s embarrassing secrets that Cailtin had told him earlier that day.
  • Instantly Proven Wrong: After Jonesy tells Jen, who suggests they wait until someone else does something more embarrassing to make the attention shift away from them, that finding something more embarrassing than their most humiliating moments could take months, until Tricia shows up and they help upload the video of Caitlin's most humiliating moment as payback.
  • Karmic Shunning: After their embarrassing secrets got blabbed during a hypnotist show throughout the whole mall, the gang angrily ignore Caitlin and refuse to speak to her for betraying their trust.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: After she breaks her promise to the gang about keeping their secrets and telling Dustin all of them, making them laughing stocks, refusing to take responsibility, and prioritizing her relationship with Dustin over her friends, Caitlin gets rightfully punished as Tricia's video from the beach is posted to the school directory and the mall's jumboscreen, making her humiliated the same way the gang was. Also Dustin dumps her, which is fitting since she cared more about her romance with him more then her friends' feelings.
  • Never My Fault: Caitlin blames Dustin for blabbing the gangs secret, despite the fact that he was hypnotized and she was the one who told him about them to start with, justifying that she doesn't hide anything from her boyfriend.
  • Nice Guy: Despite blabbing the gang's secrets (which to be fair, was only because he was hypnotized and thus beyond his control) and dumping Caitlin after her T.P tail video became viral, Dustin at least had the decency to apologize to the rest of the main six for blabbing their secrets and felt bad about it.
  • Potty Failure: Jen once sat on a chocolate bar, in white pants, and then walked around looking like had a poop stain on her pants.
  • Riddle for the Ages: Why is Darth going out on the girl from Jonesy's final date when he is already dating Julie?
  • Series Continuity Error: Jude mentions eating a hot dog when he says that he puked in Starr's mouth. What actually caused him to puke was the spoiled roast burkey chunklets that Jonesy sold, which also occurred in "The Khaki Girl."
  • Shout-Out: The series “Sissy the Vampire Slasher” is a play on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
  • Silent Treatment: Jen, Jude, Jonesy, Nikki, and Wyatt angrily ignore Caitlin while at the Big Squeeze after the hypnotist show debacle.
Caitlin: Hey guys, anyone up for a free lemon slush? (Jen, Jude, Jonesy, Nikki, and Wyatt sit angrily ignoring her) ... how about free super whips? (again met with angry silence) Come on, you guys! I'm sorry, okay? What more can I say?
Nikki: Uh, did you guys hear something?
    Jude: Nope.
    Jonesy: Not a thing.
    Jen: Uh-uh.
    Wyatt: Nada.
