Original release date: 03/18/2023

Picking up from the events of "Bowser's Bodyguard", it's revealed Kamek's magic blast sent Tyson to the Parallel Universe, where he begins orchestrating a plan to try and get his throne back. Meanwhile Larry's Parallel Self crashes at the castle, and breaks havoc to the point where the Koopa Family and Travis decide to take him back home.

Tropes

  • It's All About Me: Parallel Larry claims his family all hates him and do nothing but bully him, but he fails to see the reason they don't get along with him in the first place is because he makes every single little thing about himself and complains about not getting attention. Wendy and Ludwig outright tell him that if he didn't behave like such a brat all the time, perhaps his family would tolerate him more.
  • Bad "Bad Acting": Tyson's Bowser disguise might be perfect. Him pretending to be Bowser however? Not so much.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Once again, Travis, accompanied by Trent, saves the Kooplaings from Tyson.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Trent is rather clingy of Parallel Wendy, often believing that any man who talks to her is trying to steal her away from him, even if it is an openly gay guy or one of her own brothers. He does end up getting better thanks to Travis.
  • Big, Stupid Doodoo-Head: Parallel Larry indulges in this even more than Larry himself. He even believes that "butt" is a serious curse word.
  • Do Not Call Me "Paul": According to what Travis tells his parallel self, he prefers going by that instead of his true name, "Trent", because he thought the name never fit him. Considering that there is a lot of things Travis is hiding however, there might be more to the story than just that.
  • Everybody Knew Already: Ludwig tells his parallel self the story on how he discovered he was heir to the Bohnenkraut throne, but gave his claim because Johann was a psychopath. Parallel Ludwig however tells him that he already knew the whole time, as Parallel Bowser casually told him while he was taking a piss. He also adds that he didn't go to the Bohnenkraut Kingdom to press his claim to said country's throne simply because he is too lazy to bother.
  • Hey, That's My Line!: Parallel Larry shouts this at Tyson when he borrows his line from "The Parallel Universe".
Tyson: Goodbye, Koopalings! Hope you enjoy burning in lava!
    P-Larry: *growl* That's my line!!
  • Hypocritical Humor: Parallel Lemmy says that Lemmy and his siblings shouldn't play videogames, claiming that they will rot their minds. When Lemmy asks Parallel Lemmy on what book he is reading, the latter answers by saying it's about violence, murder and arsonists.
  • Lazy Bum: Parallel Ludwig is so lazy that he decided not to go to the Bohnenkraut Kingdom to press his claim as King Johann Von Speckbohne XVIII's son because it's too far away.
  • Pink Means Feminine: When pursuing Tyson, both Roys arrive at a universe where everyone wears pink, everything is painted pink, and that is stated to smell like roses and strawberries. The Koopalings in said universe also behave in a traditionally feminine way, even offering fairycakes to the Roys.
  • Put on a Prison Bus: By the end of the episode, Tyson ends up behind bars again, with Bowser making sure he stays locked up in a more secure cell this time around.
  • Rage Breaking Point: Parallel Wendy reaches her after putting up with Trent's clinginess and petty jealousy one too many times. Thanks to Travis however, Trent learns to be less possessive of Wendy and the two make up by the end.
  • Retraux: The 8-Bit Universe styled around the Castle Levels from Super Mario Bros. makes a comeback in this episode.
  • Sequel Hook: At the end of the episode Parallel Larry leaves the Parallel Universe through a warp pipe, hinting at a possible new upcoming plotline.
  • Screw This, I'm Outta Here:
    • When pursuing Tyson, both Ludwigs arrive at a universe where everything seems almost perfect for them, as said universe's Ludwig is the king of the Koopa Kingdom and his siblings do anything he says. Both Ludwigs even consider staying over... until they learn that this universe's Ludwig heir is Bowser Jr., who looks very similar to Ludwig. Both Ludwigs immediately decide to get the hell out of there.
    • Both Wendys do this too when they arrive at a universe where the Koopalings act like street thugs and they threaten them with blunt weapons.
  • Sir Swears-a-Lot: An... interesting variant of the trope is seen with Parallel Larry, who is always cursing up a storm of very childish insults.
  • Taking the Bullet: To prevent history from repeating itself, Roy jumps in front of Tyson's fireball and protects Parallel Roy.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Parallel Larry sure loves his Salt & Vinegar flavoured Pringles.
  • Stalker with a Crush: Parallel Camilla is revealed to be this towards Parallel Roy, much to his discomfort. Judging from the guard's dialogue, this seems to happen on an almost daily basis.
  • You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Tyson does away with his parallel self once he has found his way around the Parallel Koopa Castle and learned of the location of the room leading to various other universes.
