Original release date: 23/04/2021

Bowser is almost shoot by a bullet bill while he is relaxing, so he decides to hire a bodyguard. Atony Spook, the person who gets the job, however is rather shady and seems to have the intention of harming Bowser.

Tropes:

  • Big Damn Heroes: Travis shows up just in time to prevent Tyson from destroying the castle with a remote bomb when he was on his way to return Wendy's phone. This distraction allows Kamek to blast Tyson with a magic spell that sends him away.
  • Big "NO!": Travis lets one of these out when he attacks Tyson before the latter can blow up the castle.
  • The Bus Came Back: Crossed with The Reveal, in which Bowser's bodyguard Atony Spook is eventually revealed to be none other than Tyson who escaped from prison to try and get his revenge on Bowser and his throne back. Additionally, it is revealed that the "Tyson Koopa" that Bowser spoke to in "The Heist" was actually Tyson's cellmate Charles in disguise.
  • The Cassandra: Larry tries to warn his siblings that Spook has the intention of hurting Bowser, but they don't believe him and dismiss him as being paranoic. It's not until Ludwig and Larry find Spook speaking to the members of the Shadows that they come to realize that Larry was right.
Larry: He is trying to kill dad!
Ludwig: He is! I knew it all along
Larry: No you didn't, you wouldn't believe me!
Ludwig: Now's not the time to point fingers, Larry!
  • Distracted by the Sexy: When a woman applies for the position of bodyguard, Roy immediately gives her the job just because she's attractive. King Boo tells Bowser and Kamek that perhaps she could fit the role, only for the woman to ask if she can be second-in-command to Bowser. Bowser yells at her to Get Out!.
  • Foreshadowing: When beating up "Bowser" (actually Shawn disguised as Bowser), Spook calls him a "disgraceful waste of a king", which is what Tyson thinks of Bowser (despite him having being an arguably even worse king). Additionally "Atony Spook" is an anagram of "Tyson Koopa".
    • One of Tyson’s threats to Bowser is that he has a secret about one of his children was stolen from the Bohenkraut Kingdom. Furthermore, Tyson intentionally doesn’t say anything to Ludwig about where he came from. We found out in the season finale that Ludwig is from the Bohenkraut Kingdom.
  • Murder, Arson, and Jaywalking: Tyson tries to take Bowser’s throne, kill him and spoils Little Women to Bowser.
  • No-Sell: Spook gives Bowser a poisoned sandwich, but Bowser is not affected by it in the slightest. The instant Bowser offers the Pope some however, the latter is instantly knocked out.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business: King Boo, who normally doesn't pay attention to his surroundings and doesn't take things seriously, is completely horrified when he learns of Spook speaking to members of the Shadows and decides to quickly warn Bowser right after he finishes his drink.
    • Furthermore, once he sees Tyson behind him during Bowser and Tyson’s fight, King Boo decides to attack Tyson with no success.
  • Sadistic Choice: Tyson has a remote bomb, and tells Bowser that either he and Junior abdicate the throne on him, allowing him to continue his tyranical reign from the late 90s, or he will blow up the castle with everyone inside. It's a good thing Travis showed up just in time to stop him.
  • Sarcasm Mode:
Travis: You must be Wendy's family.
Lemmy: No, we're the neighbors. We've been playing this game where we call Bowser "Dad" and seeing if anyone freaks out.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: The whole assassination plot could've possibly been avoided had Morton not spilled hot chilli on the Broozer that was perfectly adequate for the job while also breaking his legs in the process.
  • Voluntary Shapeshifting: By using magic, Tyson and his cellmate Charles swapped appearences, with Charles staying behind in prison while Tyson escaped, taking the name of Atony Spook. Tyson's explains that this works because Charles' reason for being imprisoned was that he crashed a schoolbus while drunk-driving eighteen years prior, and that no one would care if he escaped because his crime was so minor compared to Tyson's.
  • Would Hurt a Child: Tyson has no problem in blowing up the castle while the Koopalings and Bowser Jr. are inside it.
  • You Meddling Kids: Shawn has been disguising himelf as Bowser and causing trouble around Dark Valley, so when Spook knocks him out believing him to be Bowser, he says that "[He] would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for him!" right before being unmasked.
