Welcome to the DTC: Dead Trope City:

• Concept Album: Dead Club City's main theme is about going to the titular Dead Club City, only to turn out to be worse than expected, with the album ending with the DCC being taken down in "Pop The Balloon".
• Humans Are Bastards: Implied to be the main reason why the Dead Club City didn't last too long, since when everyone arrived at it, their human nature turned the paradise into ruin.
• Lyrical Dissonance: "Tomorrow Is Closed"'s instrumental is rather upbeat despite the singer lamenting how "there's no future at all" due to climate change.
• Protest Song: "Can You Afford To Be An Individual?" is one, mainly calling out Donald Trump and Cancel Culture.
• Questioning Title?: "Can You Afford To Be An Individual?" from "Moral Panic".
• Shout-Out: The singer in "Overcome" mentions singing "I Need to Know".
