Funny moments for Justice League × RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen.

Part One

  • Superman introduces himself to Ruby and Yang, chest out, hands on hips, spotlight shining on him, heroic music trumpeting… and Yang shoots him down with a "Yeah… no.", causing Supes to slump his shoulders and hang his head in defeat, reluctantly letting them call him "Clark" instead. He's still that dorky Superman we all love.
  • Poor Jessica trying to use her powers and failing miserably, flopping onto her side in failure during the mock battle with Team JNR.
    Cyborg: She's... been better.
  • After Nora hits Barry with her hammer and sending him crashing into the wall.
    Ren: He's fine.
    Barry: (groaning) He's in pain.
  • Jaune trying to figure out Oscar's age since he's possessed by Ozpin who's immortal and Ren sighing in exasperation because of Jaune's response.
    Jaune: How old is he?
Nora: In normal years or possessed-by-an-ancient-immortal years?
Jaune: Is that like dog years?
  • When Vixen hugs Superman and Wonder Woman they both have "WTF" looks on their faces when they see that not only does she have a tail, but it's wagging happily.
  • Jaune and Yang mocking Batman and Superman's aliases, much to the delight of Flash.
Jaune: Sorry, I can't believe you have a teammate named "Bat-Man".
Yang: Now, is that better or worse than a teammate named "Superman"?
    Flash: Right?!
    • When Jaune finally meets Batman, who's dramatically posing with his bat wings spread wide when he's finally reunited with the rest of the team, Jaune is in awe with sparkles in his eyes.
Jaune: So much cooler than I thought.
    • He does the same thing with Vixen during their sparring match when she does a diving kick, before realizing she's coming towards him.
  • Jaune reveals they found Jessica, Flash, Vixen, and Cyborg in the dorms next to them and only noticed them after they heard Jessica crying. Jessica angrily denies that she wasn't crying while making a pouty face, and after Vixen comforts her, Vixen points out she was crying a little.
  • Both Superman and Batman get quite a few moments throughout, their regression into teenagers allowing them to be portrayed in a much more humorous and silly fashion. During Batman's initial interaction with Weiss, he cites Nero... only for his attempt to be mysterious and impressive to fall flat because Weiss doesn't have any idea what he's talking about.
    • When Bruce is about to fight in the Schnee manor, it cuts to the piano man, who hastily flips through his book before proceeding to play a piece to accompany the ass-kicking about to ensue. There's a quick scene change to this pianist during Bruce's fight with the Schnee attendants (and Weiss), and he's just completely into the whole thing.
    • Bruce's first flight with his bat wings is with no control as he wonders aloud how Clark does it. He ends up crashing into the piano (which knocks out the piano player) and the chandelier.
  • With Cyborg's flirting and Ren's jealousy over it, you would think Nora would be excited having two guys fighting over her, but nope— she's actually annoyed by it.
  • Vixen tripping the Flash with her tail.
  • Nora acknowledging the RWBY fandom's correction of the original Wyvern initially being introduced by the creators as a "Grimm Dragon" before changing the name later in the show. When Diana calls the Wyvern a dragon, both Ren and Cyborg correct her.
  • While fighting flying Grimm on top of a bullhead, Blake trips and falls on the cockpit windshield in a way that makes her look like one of those cat toys you hang on car windows.

Part Two:

  • While Ruby is discussing what they need to do, Blake is over messing with a chained up door, testing it over, then looking cutesy as Ruby turns back to look at her.
  • Yang’s horrified reaction to Blake’s missing ears, sputtering out “Where…? Uh, we… um, ears, ah…”
  • The brief cameo from The Joker and Harley Quinn as they lounge on a rooftop and enjoy some drinks while watching the Grimm attack Gotham.
  • When Blake, Weiss, Cyborg, and Green Lantern arrive to Gotham, Blake only has to look around once to immediately get snarky about why Batman is the way he is. And this is only just from being at the dockside.
  • Yang's reaction to hearing the names of Mirror Master and Weather Wizard is initially of amusement, and then sheer befuddlement at just how ridiculous they sound. Yang initially laughingly asks if Weather Wizard's compatriot is "Sunshine Sorcerer," then gets really confused when Black Canary admits he's "Mirror Master."
Black Canary: Yeah, you learn not to question Flash's villain roster.
  • Weiss is less than happy to learn that in the DC universe, she doesn't get powers. Especially since a modified Deathstalker is bearing down on her.
  • After saving the day, the Justice League and Team RWBY celebrate with a group photo. Most of the members are in a group hug (Jessica is creating fireworks with her Lantern ring and Yang and Blake are sharing a Smooch of Victory), and everyone's grinning. . . except Batman, in the middle of the group hug, scowling with an expression that, even through his cowl, screams "I can't wait for this to be over."
