Francis Eugene "Hill" Harper (born May 17, 1966 in Iowa City, Iowa) is an American actor and author best known for his roles as Dr. Sheldon Hawkes in CSI: NY and Dr. Marcus Andrews in The Good Doctor.
He has an adopted son named Pierce, after Pierce Brosnan.
