Belinda L. Lange (professionally known as Belinda Lang) (23 December 1953) is an English actress best known for her roles in the sitcoms Dear John…., Second Thoughts, and 2point4 Children.

First appearing on-screen in a Play for Today episode, she had bit roles throughout most of The '80s until getting picked for the role of Kate, a frigid woman who constantly fights with Kirk, in the sitcom Dear John….. Lang appeared in 12 of the show's 14-episode run, with her character eventually heading off to Greece only to make a reappearance in the final episode.

Sometime after Dear John, Lang eventually popped up in the 1991 sitcom Second Thoughts as the attention-seeking ex-wife of Bill. Lang appeared in 42 episodes of the series, although she didn't appear in its 1995 Spin-Off Faith in the Future. Whilst doing this role, she also concurrently appeared in the long-running sitcom 2point4 Children, where she played the generally Only Sane Woman mother Bill. Lang appeared in all 56 episodes of that as well, with the series eventually ending after fellow co-star Gary Olsen succumbed to cancer.

After 2point4 Children ended, Lang largely retired from TV work in favor of her theatre work, appearing in plays such as Hay Fever in 2006. She has however made cameo roles, and eventually ended up playing as landlady Mrs. Clam in a recurring role in the 2022 series Sister Boniface Mysteries.
