Eldritch is a 2010 Lovecraftian horror comic book written by Aaron Alexovich (of Invader Zim fame) and drawn by Drew Rausch. It focuses on the misadventures of Anya Sobczek, a logically-minded grad student, and her brother, Owen, an angst-ridden and painfully shy teenage occultist.
This comic provides examples of:
- Forgets to Eat: When she's onto something, Anya not only forgets to eat, but also to wash, sleep and bathe.
- Groin Attack: Anya punches Owen in the nuts when she's fleeing the Coven.
- Storyboard Body: Anya's tattoo, showing her love for and dedication to science, is explored in the very first scene.
- Tap on the Head: Anya knocks out The Big Guy Coven member in a karate match.
