An incomplete list of characters that participate in the events of Semi Auto Semla.
Julia
A traffic officer of Beistad who one day finds a kidnapped-Lilja Trevaine in the trunk of a car. She's subsequently kidnapped alongside Lilja by the mercenary known as Zila La Roja, she eventually escapes but without Lilja and promises to rescue her, causing a series of events destined to change Beistad...
- Action Girl: Like most of the female cast, she is good at asskicking
- Apologetic Attacker: Apologises to the Mi Mi Mao Club members she left Bound and Gagged in order to steal their clothes.

Lilja Trevaine
The youngest of Justine’s children, Lilja is a local media darling. Her time spent abroad and her own private nature has build up an air of mystique around her that the media cannot resist. At the moment, her dramatic kidnapping and subsequent rescue is the talk of the town.
Zila La Roja
A notorious mercenary, pirate and hit-woman, Zila is a prime example of what the Estrella has to offer. A veteran of intense, bloody fighting, she has skill on par with the best of special forces. Notorious for the bloody work she leaves behind and for her cartel’s peculiar obsession with ancient Kampunean religious rites – most notably cannibalism. Why exactly such a freak of war would come to the calm city of Beistad is a question only she can answer.
- The Ace: Is by the far the best fighter in the Estrella Cartel, only being taken down by ten Coast Guard Marines.
- Ax-Crazy: Her idea of a fun time is cutting someone to pieces.
- Blood Knight: As mentioned above, she loves fighting, violence and cannibalism.
- I'm a Humanitarian: Is interested in ancient Kampunean rites that involve eating people, and she sharpened her teeth so she could eat human flesh more easily.
Francois Chevalier
A con-man, huckster and general small-timer, Francois is a man with a checkered past and a lot of debts. Recently he was involved in the kidnapping of Lilja Trevaine, but why or for whom is still unknown. What is known, however, is that he has something big planned.
- Butt-Monkey: He never has a lucky break. Ever.
- Con Man: Or, as Amelie would (accurately) say "a miserable failure of a conman woefully indebted to a psycho Auland mob boss and with no means to pay it back."
- Cowardly Lion: While a physically weak coward, he participates in the Iron Tiger fighting tournament in order to pay back his debts, not without cheating ofcourse.
- Even Evil Has Standards: While a kidnapper and conman with an extensive list of felonies, he feels the need to help the people who end up Bound and Gagged because of his schemes if their lives are threatened. For instance, he rescues the Mi Mi Mao employees he left trussed up when the club catches fire, even when if it meant taking the risk of losing the money to the fire.
- Insistent Terminology: His shirt is salmon, not pink.
Amelie
A dirty ragamuffin of a girl who grew up in the meaner parts of Beistad. Rather than growing tough from the experience, she more or less snapped to cope. Which leaves her a crazy, fun-loving punk that either breaks, steals or blows up anything and everything. Seeing as she’s not the sharpest tool in the drawer, it’s lucky that she has Megan to count on.

- Tagalong Kid: is originally this to Francois, then transitions to Hypercompetent Sidekick, and by the time of the Iron Tiger Tournament Francois is the tagalong adult.
Megan
The busty owner of a local bar and the only person willing to give Amelie a place to stay. She constantly gets in trouble thanks to her connection to Amelie and her shenanigans.
- Berserk Button: The idea of someone manipulating and/or hurting Amelie.
- Fiery Red Head: She isn't someone to mess with and if given the chance, she will kick your ass.
- Ms. Fanservice: She's a busty red-head and she's constantly tied up and gagged.
- Odd Friendship: With Amelie, whom she takes care of to an extent.
