Tag was born in Argentina to Pablo Arias Echevarne and Sophia Oler. By the time he was born, Argentina was already a communist state. Not long after, Sophia passed away, so Pablo took baby Sebastian to France. Tag's childhood wasn't easy. He got into trouble a lot and was the Riffler institute's school bully when he really just wanted a friend. Tag is very picky when choosing his friends and usually accepts them in his group only because of their passion for football.

3, she starts to question her attitude and motivations after Nicolas Anelka advises her that she'll always remain completely alone and disliked if she doesn't change her ways. She then changes full-circle in the season's penultimate episode after meeting Tag's long-lost father, and after learning of his life and struggles against the former dictatorship of his home country of Argentina, realizing that her actions against the Blues are no different than said dictatorship's actions against their citizens for simply standing up for themselves and their rights. Feeling remorseful for every horrible thing she's done for the first time, and now realizing that courage, integrity, and loyalty are more important than winning, she exposes the Dolphins as phonies (they are actually the older siblings of the real team, who stole their spot in the World Cup to have a better chance at winning), getting them disqualified, withdraws from further participation in the World Cup, helps Tag reconnect with his father and apologizes to the Blues for everything, including Eloïse, whom she finally reconciles and reconnects with in the process. She then continues her redemption by making amends with Lil' Dragon (whom she had antagonized during one of her schemes) off-screen and training him and his friends in street football. Then, in the season finale, when the Blues are suddenly hit with a roster crisis just before the World Cup final with Tag and Tek departing (the former to be with his father who is called back to Argentina, and the latter after being recruited to London's pro-football club) and Gabriel being sidelined with a leg injury, she, with some difficulty, convinces them to take Lil' Dragon and his friends on as replacements, essentially helping bring forward the next generation of Blues. She is last seen recording the final match with Gabriel watching both the old and new Blues playing together.
* LoopholeAbuse: Abuses this to hell and back during the debut match of the Black Devils against the Bleus, Blues, taking advantage of unwritten rules of street football to get an edge, like allowing to substitute players and switching positions when it's needed.
* TheResenter: Grew She grew to resent Eloïse for transferring out and leaving her alone during elementary school after promising her she would never leave her. This resentment only grows when she attempts to join the Bleus, Blues to try and reconnect with Eloïse, but is turned down by Tag due to her reckless and selfish playing style, and Eloise doesn't stick up for her.
* RevengeBeforeReason: Lets Constantly lets her desire to get back at Eloïse Eloïse, and the Rifflers Blues by extension cloud her judgement, which often makes her sloppy and exposes her schemes, especially after they start to come aprt.apart; in long terms, when she is initially successful in her schemes, she often becomes overconfident and lets her guard down, which allows the Blues to eventually catch onto and pick apart her schemes, and when her schemes start to go wrong, she becomes desperate and takes drastic measures to get them back on track, only digging herself an even deeper hole in the process.

As you know, Foot 2 Rue has it's very own Street Football World Cup. This means new teams every year. As the season progresses, each team will have a new member compared to the five members only rule. As well as the new teams, there are also the adults who may or may not provide advice to the Rifflers. Some celebrity characters like Nico would only appear for two episodes.
