This thread is for requesting edits or unlocks to Locked Pages or for requesting locks. It can also be used for technical requests to moderators such as:
- creating new pages in the Main/ and other restricted namespaces without going through Trope Launch Pad
- moving discussion pages
- moving reviews
Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Check Locked Pages and Permanent Red Link Club first. They can provide guidance on what are good and bad requests.
- Include working links in your request to the page(s) in question.
- If asking for edits, state your changes exactly as they should appear on the page, including proper Example Indentation, namespacing, and pothole and quote formatting. And make sure that what you want to add is actually a valid example.
- We do not edit archived articles, even to correct links.
- If you need to have the capitalization of a page title or namespace of a work fixed, ask here.
- If you need to remove a ghost wick, go here.
- To request a page to be moved along with its history, go here.
- Some locked pages have ongoing cleanup threads, like Complete Monster (Thread), Five-Man Band (Thread), and Magnificent Bastard (Thread). Other than purely technical requests, edits to these pages ought to be discussed in these threads first.
- Also, we do not do direct edits (other than changing wicks) to Magnificent Bastard or Complete Monster example lists. Rather, you need to do the edit to a sandbox page that follows the format Sandbox.Magnificent Bastard<Name of the example subpage> and Sandbox.Monster<Name of the example subpage> (e.g for Monster.Disney it's Sandbox.Monster Disney) and ask for it to be swapped in on Saturday for Magnificent Bastard and on Monday for Complete Monster.
- Inappropriate pages that keep being recreated, pages banned under The Content Policy and subpages that are disallowed (like Headscratchers pages for tropes) are valid reasons for requesting page locks.
NOTE: Edited with OP's permission.

In Side Effects Include..., under the "Ambien" sub-section of the "Real Life" section, a mention should be made of the man who almost died of hypothermia due to sleep-swimming down a river.
LetsPlay.Stephen Plays needs to be indexed under Let's Play.
Can two examples be added to the Complete Monster film subpage? The examples were discussed and their write-ups approved in the Complete Monster clean-up thread. The examples are Torrez from Machete (posts for reference), and the first Djinn from Wishmaster (posts for reference).

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The A Song Of Ice And Fire example on the "Not If They Enjoyed It" Rationalization page should probably be deleted, as that scene is revealed in short order to be a mutually-consenting rape fantasy, not a rape.
For the The Vampire Diaries main page, "And There Was Much Rejoicing: The gang has a party after Klaus is defeated" under shared tropes. It was originally in the YMMV section, but is not YMMV.
DTH except for 5777...I didn't find anything that specifically said that Ambien was the cause of that, do you have such a link?
On Drunkard's Walk, I just discovered a Hilarious in Hindsight if there ever was one; Doug frequents the Mykonos Grill and "Eriko's", restaurants which serve Greek food and caters to gamers. In-universe, this is because the clientele's banter masks any discussions about alternate universes, magic and superheroes. Hilarious part - Greek restaurants serve SHAWARMA!!!
On the Monster.Visual Novels page, could we create a subpage for the Ace Attorney entries? They take up more than half of the room on that page.

Unless the page itself gets too unwieldy, we don't need to create more subpages. The VN page is miniscule.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerSpeaking of Monster.Visual Novels, can you replace the text body with the resorted entries here?

I now go by Graf von Tirol. The Characters page for Teen Wolf misuses No Accounting for Taste. Unless we have a trope that means what that entry thinks it means, it should be deleted.
5784: As I am completely unfamiliar with that work, can you provide a little more context (not necessarily in the example itself but for the entry)?
5787, 5788: Done.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanLOL Cats should be redirected to WebOriginal.LOL Cats.
I'm not LGBT. I just think Rain's really cool. Apologies if my humor gets too painful. The page needs to be moved first.

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThe Web Original namespace is being phased out and replaced with Website, Web Animation, and Web Video. Memes usually stay on Main, it seems. Zalgo is one that comes to mind. If anything, memes go on Just for Fun.

Actually, we still use Web Original as a "super-namespace". And memes don't go in Main/ when they are works.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanOh. I thought I read somewhere that new pages shouldn't be created there. It probably referred to pages where a more specific namespace wouls be appropriate.
On Dm C Devil May Cry page, would like to add the following:
Post-Modern Magik: On one side, Demons are trying to take over the world via banking, news pundits, CCTV, club scenes and soft drinks, and on the other, the human resistance has a witch who carries her Eye of Newt in spray cans and magic symbols printed onto stencils, and on two different occasions, powerful magic spells are linked to computer servers.
Also, this may be YMMV, but I think you could say-
X Meets Y: Devil May Cry as filtered through Blade or Underworld
