Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Not sure why the lock matters.
You just need to use use the "View source" button on the Franchise page, copy/paste the page's content into VideoGame.Exa Pico (custom titled to "EXA_PICO", via the "Tools" menu on the sidebar), then adjust the wicks currently pointed to the Franchise page to instead point to the VG page.
For general notice, though, locked pages (whether editing or unlocking them) are discussed in this thread.

There are several Apple console pages, if that's a standard.

^ The PS page that Septimus linked to is a Nightmare Fuel one... which I don't think should exist in the first place.
Especially not given the examples actually listed there. Those are nightmares?! 
From experience, when the PSX's bootup sequence is horrifying if the Playstation logo glitches out. (It did constantly with some of the disks I had as a child, and I'm still scared of it this day.)
Wouldn't it just be better to make a YMMV page with Nightmare Fuel entries, or is that not allowed for console pages? (I don't remember)
Maybe just move them all to the related games' pages?

I think with that "It" fanfic page, they tried to get punctuation in the title so it killed everything after it. Moving + editing.
I might be misunderstanding, but be careful sticking custom punctuation into a work called "It"—don't forget about Stephen King's It.

Regarding the EXA_PICO franchise, I acknowledge that it's in the wrong namespace - however, the page does need to exist because previously all the generic series tropes were shoved in a sub-section page for the first AT game, which as far as organization goes is far sloppier than it needs to be. Would moving it to Video Game/ be sufficient? (It is technically a franchise, but nobody's ever bothered to make pages for the more minor side-works of different media types.)
