Sayaka started with those two misogynist assholes on the train in Episode 8. But her judgemental state meant the moral bar could only go up from there.
His initial reaction to the humans coming to attack Moonflower forest after they thought he had kidnapped one of them. Subverted in the end, he (and the person who chose to stay with him because she loved him, and wasn't kidnapped) chose to stand ground and explain everything.
