English- 1976 film: A Coal Miner's Daughter has scary mental powers and classmates who don't know they're Bullying a Dragon - including Anne Lewis, who alongside boyfriend Tony Manero plans to humiliate the girl as she's crowned prom queen alongside Ralph Hinkley - and crazy mother Sarah Packard, who does.
- The Rage: Carrie 2: Francie has psychic powers. After losing her best friend Heather to a controversial game led by Private First Class Toynbe, guidance counselor Miss Kitty gets to the bottom of both the game and Francie's powers. Francie's mother Mrs. Welsch reveals that Francie is the half-sister to the Coal Miner's Daughter.
- TV movie remake: May has psychic powers.
- 2013 remake: Hit-Girl has to deal with budding psychic powers, her crazy mother Sarah Palin, evil classmates, and puberty.
Brazilian Portuguese
- Globo, original dub: Telekinetic Agent Scully is crowned prom queen alongside Wanda's boyfriend, not knowing Bunny Bravo and Dodger are using the occasion to do an humiliating prank on her.
- Globo, 90s dub: Lydia Deetz is a telekinetic girl who lives with her mother Katara. After being punished by Muriel, Asajj Ventress's boyfriend Jaime Lannister asks Lydia out to the prom. Meanwhile, Ariel, Prince Eric, and Lindsay Funke plot a nasty prank on Lydia.
- Rede Record, turn of the century: Sakura discovers the true extent of her telekinesis. After La Chilindrina punishes her gym class, Bella Swan's boyfriend Trunks asks Sakura to the prom. Brock and Miri sabotage the prom king and queen. Annie Wilkes is Sakura's overprotective mother.
- Megapix/Netflix, late 2000s: Fiona is raised by her overly religious mother Elastigirl. After Dory punishes her gym class, Grace van Pelt has her boyfriend Samson askth Fiona out to the prom. Once Samson and Fiona are crowned prom king and queen, Alpha Bitch Buffy, her boyfriend Dodger, and Ethel start a plot with pig's blood. Bridget Jones is Van Pelt's mother. Jaime is called back as the poetry teacher. Glen Maverick fronts the prom committee, and Sam Weir is another of the students.
- The Rage: Carrie 2: Lina Inverse now inherits Lydia's telekinetic abilities. After the death of Diamond Tiara, Lina falls for the star football player Sanji. Asajj Ventress (now Richie Rich) is now a counselor. It won't be as long untnil Lina unleashes her telekinetic powers against Brock, Miri, Tenshinhan, and Hayley Smith. King Candy is the sheriff.
- 2002 remake: Lydia reprises her role, while Buffy and Samson make their debuts. After Bridget Jones scolds her gym class, Gwen Tennyson offers her boyfriend Samson to Lydia. Palmon fronts the prom committee. Buffy, her boyfriend Joey, Garrett, and Sam Manson make a conspiracy. Cruella de Vil is Lydia's mother. Gwen later recounts the story to Randall Boggs. Fiona is instead one of the students who bullies Lydia in the locker room.
- 2013 remake: This time, Primrose Everdeen has telekinesis. After her teacher Lori Collins reprimands her gym class, Stephanie Demillaire has Starlord take Primrose to the prom. Prim's mother Bridget Jones is aware of this, and forbids her from going to the prom. When Primrose and Starlord are voted Prom King and Prom Queen, a nasty prank has Prim unleashing her powers on Alpha Bitch Muffy Crosswire, her boyfriend Emmet, twin sisters the Gossip Girl and Ivy, Gwen Tennyson, and Bridget. Jaime makes a Remake Cameo as Muffy's father, and Sam reprises his role.

- 1976: Morticia Addams has telekinetic abilities. After Director McGee punishes her gym class, Baby Doll asks Mr. Fox to take Morticia to the prom for her. After a disgusting prank at the prom, Morticia takes her anger out on Bugsy Malone, Ole Golly, Hector Barbossa, her mother Cruella De Vil, and those who wronged Morticia in the past.
- The Rage: Kayley has telekinetic abilities. After losing her only friend Pocahontas to a mean-spirited game (led by Frank Harris), Baby Doll (now adult Samantha Albertson) gets to the bottom of said game and Kayley's telekinetic abilities.
- 2002: Batgirl has telekinetic abilities. After Chibiusa punishes her gym class, Regan MacNeil asks Louis Canning to take Batgirl to the prom.
- 2013: Harley Quinn discovers the power of telekinesis. After Rachel Green punishes her gym class, Esmeralda asks Beast Boy to take Harley Quinn to the prom. Meanwhile, Alpha Bitch Gwen is not having any of the detention she and her classmates earned for what happened to Harley Quinn. So, Gwen, her boyfriend Gerry (Casey Affleck), and Caitlin Miller play a nasty prank on her.
French
- The 1976 adaptation: After Aunt May punishes her class, Cindy Russell has asks her boyfriend to take Norma Rae to the prom. Meanwhile, Annie Hall and SuperTed plan a nasty prank on Norma.
- The Rage: Carrie 2:
- (France) Sailor Moon inherits Candy's telekinetic abilities. Cindy Russell, who is now Elvira Hancock, works as a counselor. Sailor Moon falls for Adult Kovu, a guy on the football team. In her way are Vanellope, Eddie, Zed, and some other boys on Kovu's team. Barbara Rose is actually Sailor Moon's mother.
- (Quebec): Jessie has telekinetic abilities. After losing her best friend Sarah to a mean-spirited game (led by Good Will Hunting), Empress Marie gets to the bottom of the game and Jessie's telekinetic abilities.
- 2002 remake: Anne-Marie now has telekinetic powers. After Emma Coolidge punishes her gym class, Miriam has Tim to take Anne-Marie to the prom. Meanwhile, Veronica Mars is planning something nasty on Anne-Marie.
- 2013 remake:
- (France): After Dr. Christine Chapel punishes her gym glass, Sue Snell asks her boyfriend Kenny to ask Darby to the prom. Once Kenny and Darby are elected King and Queen of the prom, Helga Pataki and her boyfriend play a disgusting prank on her.
- (Quebec): After Bridget Jones punishes her gym class, Dot. asks Mickey to take Wednesday Addams to the prom. Little does Wednesday know is that Bo Peep, Kristoff, and Suzi arranged a nasty surprise for her.

- 1976 original, Intervideo: Gi discovers she has telekinesis. After being punished by Ripley, Mirage reminds her boyfriend Mike Wazowski to ask out Gi. When Mike and Gi are crowned at the prom, Angelica Pickles, Ally McBeal, and Sir Lionel pull a nasty prank on Gi.
- 1976 redub, Cinemax: Libby Folfax is now the telekinetic girl. Irelia has Vegeta ask Libby to the prom. When Vegeta and Libby are elected Prom King and Prom Queen, Gadget, and her boyfriend Mr. Stotch, decide to play a sick joke by throwing pig's blood on her.
- Other students include Wicked Lady and Katara.
- 1976 redub, RTL Spike: After Maleficent punishes her class, Sue Snell asks the second Eddy to take Carrie to the prom.
- The Rage: Carrie 2: the first Beth inherits Gi's telekinetic abilities. Years after the massacre, Mirage (now Penny Parker) works as a counselor to help Beth overcome her telekinetic powers in order to avoid history repeating itself. Meanwhile, Henry Gardener, Eric Cartman, Lance Dowds (who ends up falling for Beth) and some other boys on the football team engage in a game based on the Spur Posse scandal.
- 2002:
- (1st dub) Mabel discovers that she is telekinetic. After Kayley scolds her gym class; Ella Enchanted has her boyfriend Rooter take Mabel to the prom. Nickelodeon!Vicky, whose boyfriend is the usual Fred Jones, wants to get revenge on Mabel. Alex is the head of the prom committee. Ripley is instead Mabel's mother.
- (2nd dub) It's Mabel's turn to be Vicky. After Misty punishes her gym class, Sawyer asks Vicky to the prom. Mabel is now in charge of the prom committee, whereas her brother Dipper joins Chris Hargensen, Billy, and Adella in humiliating Vicky. At one point, Vicky's younger self meets her former neighbor Debbie.
- 2013: Rapunzel discovers that she has telekinesis. After Jackie punishes her gym class, Adella offers her boyfriend to Rapunzel. At the prom, she takes out her anger on her mother [[Film/TheMatrix Trinity, Alpha Bitch Mulan, her boyfriend Rooter, and Barrel. Sir Lionel is now Mulan's father. Nancy Hicks-Gribble is Adella's mother.
- Other students include Loly, Princess Cadance, Harry Potter, and Chowder.
Italian
- 1976 film: Jenny Curran and Sky Corrigan are the prom king and queen, at the suggestion of Sky's girlfriend Lin Bei Fong. However, Chris and her boyfriend Khan are plotting with blood.
- The Rage: Carrie 2: Buttercup discovers that she has telekinetic abilities. Lin (now Kanga) is a school counselor who knows about Felix's game where he and the team sleep with girls and earn points and Buttercup's abilities. To avoid history from repeating itself again, Kanga goes to the asylum and visits Buttercup's mother. It is revealed that Buttercup is Jenny's half-sister.
- 2013 film: After being punished by Cow, Penny offers her boyfriend Cody Martin to ask Lilly Truscott to the prom. Ginny Weasley is the Alpha Bitch.
Japanese
- 1976: Luna lives with her overly-religious mother Medusa. After Paula Clarkson punishes her class, Ripley asks her boyfriend to ask Luna out to prom. Meanwhile, Damien and Marty McFly plan on throwing pig's blood on Luna.
- 2013: Cheerilee learns about her telepathy. Luna is now Cheerilee's mother. Kobayashi and Germany make a fatal mistake by pranking Cheerilee. Kazuichi Soda takes Cheerilee out to the prom and gets knocked dead by a falling bucket during Kobayashi and Germany's prank.
Mexican Spanish
- 1976 film: Kira Watanabe-Finster, who lives with her mother Maria Romanov, wants to go to the prom. After Mary Poppins scolds her gym class, Sue Snell offers her boyfriend Professor Utonium to Kira. Eventually, Punky Brewster and her boyfriend Pegasus Seiya pull a nasty prank on Kira. Winnie Cooper leads the prom committee.
- The Rage: Princess Clara inherits Kira's telekinetic abilities. After losing her only friend Celia to a controversial sex game (played by Fry, Ed, Raj, Will Hunting, and some other boys on the football team), Sailor Uranus tries to find out about Clara's telekinetic abilities. So, she visits Clara's mother Bunny Bravo or Ms. Slovak and learns that Clara is Kira's half-sister.
- 2002 film: Kimi replaces her mother in this remake, where Margaret Thatcher is her mother. Pepper Clark offers her boyfriend Tommy Ross to Kimi for the prom. Sango and her boyfriend Jimbo Jones team up against Kimi.
- 2013 film: Lyra is the prom queen.
