Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.

Is there any Trope about the imbalance of having a big army only consisting of male mooks without ANY female mook? Often they are paired with one or two female bosses but the mooks are completely male (the standard enemy-type soldier), and it doesnt't matter how many females are on the 'good' side, the mooks only (or mostly) consist of males.
This goes for both with a female or male hero.

There was an episode of Angel where Faith is working on redemption, Buffy comes in wanting to kill her, and Angel basically tells her off. Would Buffy be the Designated Villain in this case?

Bizarrely, there is now an Awesome.Emergency Broadcast index, including among other things O.O.C. Is Serious Business and Everything Trying to Kill You.
Anyone know what this is about?

Rev6pilot's recent edits include adding This troper to pages, and being very aggressive in edit reasons. He's used the word 'fuck' at least twice, one aimed at another troper. Just looking at the aggressive way he's editing makes me feel uncomfortable about PMing him about it.

Hey, somebody's been abusing the custom title function, apparently:
They've changed tropes from You Fail Indexes Forever to Artistic License - Indexes without changing the URL.
Examples I came across:
YouFailSexEdForever=Artistic License - Sex Ed
YouFailGunSafetyForever=Artistic License - Gun Safety
YouFailBiologyForever=Artistic License - Biology (redundant in that we already have Art Major Biology)
There might be more. I'm not sure.

Say, if someone is banned, should we remove there entries on pages like Most Triumphant Example?

Two more faces in need of a grammar/spelling PM. They also apparently need to figure out the preview button.
dArhengel (see the history for Samus Is A Girl for an example)
trickymander (see the history for The Swan Princess for an example)

If it's alright with you guys, I've deleted an entire entry on the Fridge Horror Real Life section since the entry is really straightforward horror and not a case of Fridge Horror. This was even noted by a few other users.
Also, does Hatedom belong on the YMMV tabs anymore?

Has anyone else read the Ruby Oliver books by E. Lockhart? I couldn't find a page for them.

There's passive-aggressive whining about the wiki on the FORKS discussion page.
People need to learn to Take It To The Forums if they wish to voice complaints about the wiki, where people will see it.

Is there much of a point of Citation Needed? Its just a crappy Take That! at Wikipedia.

Tommypezmaster has been making edits with some problems in spelling and grammar and which also often seem to be questionable (e.g. that don't actually fit the trope).

So, I've decided to make a Contributor page for myself, and as such, I decided to make a forum post. When I click the link from the handle though, I get redirected to the page for The Pretender, the TV show. After that, I decide to make a page through the Wiki Sandbox, which made a new page, but it still seems to be linked to the tv show's page.
In short, I was wondering if anyone can help me with making a Contributor page that is not connected to the show's page (so that way I don't make an edit that causes catastrophe)?

Is there a thread somewhere discussing whether Mystery Science Theater 3000 or Rifftrax examples (i.e. "The MST3K version of this film contains examples of...") for a film belong? Because if there is, I don't want to tread old ground here or on the fora.
