A thread dedicated to listing the anime/manga that already have threads. If someone needs to find a thread that has not been used for a while they can just look here or, if the title they are looking for is not on the list, ask here before starting a new thread.

Hmmm. Skimmed this entire thread after looking through the first few pages of threads...
Is there any thread already existing for Blood Blockade Battlefront ? (or Kekkei Sensen? - not sure how the Japanese name is spelled). I watched the first five episodes of this delightful weirdness today was wondering if anyone was discussing it as I believe the manga has been going on for a while or at least was started a long time ago. (I never kept abreast of the manga, though I should have, being a fan of some of the author's other work).
I'd use the Search feature except that the last time I used it (for something unrelated) I was just taken to the regular tropes pages instead of the forum. I don't now if the new format of Tvt messed it up or if I'm somehow not using it right because I'm dumb. I already know there is a tropes page, I'm wondering if there's a forum-thread.

Back when Fast Eddie handled the websites programming, someone complained that all of the threads of each sub forum were on one page, which resulted in them going on for tens of thousands of posts and intimidating new entry into discussion, as well as stretching scrolling length if you just wanted to see the on going threads.
So making a thread about existent threads, well, maybe it has a use, but I get the impression it's not needed since old threads eventually get pushed off page anyway.

Define "old", because if you have enough frequently active threads, then even threads that only had their last post a few days ago will be pushed back several pages.

100 threads is pretty much just one page in the list of threads. 1000 posts is just 40 pages in a thread. Some works — particularly in the realm of manga and light novels — operate on a monthly release basis, which is compounded with non-English works by the time it takes for a fan-translation to be finished, meaning that you can ver well have a month or more of inactivity in between a flurry of rapid activity that lasts only a few days until everything that can be discussed about a work is exhausted.
And do note that you and I are the only ones who are touching on this topic here. And I'm only responding because 1) nobody else seems interested in doing so, and 2) I am of the complete opposite opinion to you. That you're the only one who even bothers bringing it up so far and didn't even get a single response post expressing support yet seems a strong indicator that the consensus of the community is either against your proposal or general indifference to the whole issue (possibly due to the absence of any actual problems involved).
