I wouldn't compare it to either of those shows. The plot is more serious than either, the characters nicer (Especially in Owl House), and the magic is both more accessible and fantastical. Personally, Witch Hat is my favorite of the three. That said, I've been following the official volume releases so I might not be around here too much.
Who's your favorite character? Personally I love Tetia the most. She's just so cute and while she's sweet for the most part I love that she has a more pessimistic side as seen when they encountered the dragon back in volume two. Definitely my favorite design of the main quartet.
...Um, can I have a link to, like, it's website or wiki?
Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position. Here's the one for the official translation of the manga and here's the one for the wiki.
Favourite is probably Coco
New theme music also a boxYeah, this is my shit, wish it updated more often. Fav, hmm, maybe Richeh?
Hey, seeing this thrad reminded me that I've been intending to reading this for quite some time.
And it rapidly became one of my favorites. Shouldn't have sat on this so long.

First update in quite a while, it's a shame this series releases so slowly and is so unknown. New character, new ship and new cliffhanger, though not as immediately dramatic as the former one.
The most recent post reminded me I meant to read this a while ago after it came up in the under the radar thread a year or two back.
Glad I did because this is an excellent manga.
The art is gorgeous too. I enjoyed it enough to want to pick up the physical volumes.
Although rather than buying them when I'm all excited having just finished the series, I think I'll hold off for a week or two and see if I still want them then.

"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome Rob
Check the authors previous work, Deviela. It's a very similar setup to Good Omens in that an angel and devil are friends and hang out together.
Devils' Line for an easier google search

He is talking about Eniale & Dewiela, not Devil's Line.

Endevi for short.
I could have sworn they were the same thing?

I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysI see
New theme music also a boxI read the manga long ago and I found the art style as gorgeous as the manga adaptation of The Beast Player.
I hope the anime adaptation keeps the beauty of the source material.

Finally, with the right studio and people this can be great.
The official English version will be published on the Morning Two web version, starting August 4.
Great news to have it serialized monthly.
I picked up this series last month, currently waiting for volume 6 to return to the library. Does anyone think Coco might join the Brimmed Hats in the future? One of the title pages showed a separate brimmed hat Coco design, and I can't help but wonder whether the author is planning to use it in the actual story at some point.
There are several pages, as well as some artwork by Shirahama posted on Twitter, that depicts Coco as a brimmed hat, and several of her goals might be impossible without the use of forbidden magic. So it's definitely being foreshadowed even if it is a misdirection.
Personally I think she'll become a brimmed hat, but only temporarily.
I've had that thought as well, though even if it's temporary she'd still be permanently on the run from the knights afterwards, unless she never got discovered.

I found out about this series thanks to free comic book day some years ago. It's absolutely beautifully drawn and terrifically written. Before the anime adaptation was announced, I was actually hoping it would get a movie instead of a series because I'm afraid a show won't have the budget to capture the beauty of the art.
I'm having a hard time reading it though, because it's a little too real sometimes. The Brimmed Hats obviously have a point, a huge point, but so far the way they've chosen to make this point is by basically just feeding innocent victims to their enemies. I want to just chew them out for being evil little hypocrites.
I feel legitimately terrified for our main characters, which sucks. They're lovable (Tetia is my favorite as well) and their world is intriguing, and I'd love to just explore it. Instead it's borderline horror as far as I'm concerned.
Anyone else read this?I could not find a thread for this manga so I had to make one.I feel like most people have seen little witch academia and they're similar, but if you've seen Owl House it's more like that
