I have a soreness to the left bottom side of my mouth, and I fell like it could be inflated gums, but I am afraid to see a dentist about it on hte off-chance it could lead to thousands of dollars on a remedy.
It could be a formation of a canker sore. Just rinse around with warm salt water works best. Also avoid acidic foods for a while but if it's unavoidable due to a addiction to coffee, perhaps add a pinch of baking soda.
