I think the current on that page illustrates the "monster" part better.
Moving 1.1 to Rock Monster might be a good idea. I also support moving 1.3 to Living Lava, it's better than the current there. 1.2, however, looks like a mecha to me.

There's this picture of Cessily Kincaid, whose body is apparently Liquid Metal... She doesn't normally look like this, but it demonstrates the "monster" part the best.

The problem with the Hercules images is that they overlap with Elemental Embodiment
The image on Elemental Embodiment is actually similar to the suggestion. 14, then.
Most of the suggestions so far overlap with Muck Monster, Blob Monster or Rock Monster. Plus, Elemental Embodiment. We also need to be careful with stuff like Improvised Golems.
I believe this doesn't overlap with anything else, unless we have a trope for people made of soap bubble.
